Mamas and papa's in the house I dey Hola. Please tell me what to do. I am worried and getting frustrated. I saw my menses on the 19th of last month and this month, it came out on the 10th which is just 22 cycle days and it's not even coming out well the way it should. I have done pregnancy test and it came out negative although before the menses, I was lactating and all of a sudden it dried up and my nipples has been paining me since then till now. I am not on any medication aside folic acid, vit b6 and bco. Please your humble advice is needed badly.
