Function-based? Not aware of this as I didn't go through such process/stage but looking at it, it should be a test based on the role u applied for

Work is good. Thanks. The questions are Not tough but rather technical. Just listen to what's said in class, jot things down and forget snapping the board cos u won't read it(as per no time).

There's fund transfer, customer relations, marketing, I.T, Infact every department is up!! All depending on where you'll be posted, what u studied and what's available

If u are a bsc, 80k
After 1 yr it increases

After 2 yrs, it increases again

And from there you'll be due for appraisal and promotion

Same day I did the interview. Like 1 hour after the interview, I got a text from my HR telling me to get read for training and pre-employment medical the next day

I equally have gotten an invite too. How much does wema bank pay? I already have that of UBA waiting. So I need to compare. Anyone with an idea of how much they pay?

Please and please customer service and teller are not the only positions available for graduate trainee position. Get your facts right and stop believing everything you read online.
There's HR, marketing, compliance, and other departments.
The HR that interviewed me specifically asked for the position I wanted sef,that one was my luck. I don't which will factor for you

This is so very correct. Lots of positions for graduate trainee/entry level. All depends on your course of study, what's available and location

I applied through their website but TBH most people who got invited (including me) for the test applied through someone working in the bank. That is(their CV was submitted physically by someone or they did themselves)

Thank you. Some people failed in mine oo. Truly a devastating experience because they were literally like "this is just the end" . Thank God they didn't take it to heart that much

Exams written and passed. My name sent to my HR. It wasn't easy but God has been my pillar. Assured now as a uba staff by September 1. So with this testimony, I speak to/for everyone else looking for a job whether in uba or any other that in no distant time get ready for a call. Believe in this and see you sail and smile.

Whatever they ask u just be confident and always look at the camera. Always and then you'll also be asked if u have a question for them, say yes and ask them something

There's nothing in it. Just a psychology test. But answer carefully so u don't contradict yourself. There'll be repetition of questions in different formats

Training holds @ uba head office in marina. After the training(exam inclusive) u get posted to your location. Accommodation and transportation all on trainees

This training has been stressful!!!

Training is for 10 days.

I received and I'm @ the training stage. Once u are successful with your cbt which shows after the test, you'll go over to the next stage

I dey lag now oo. From Enugu(nsk) to Lagos spent 12 hours which included bad roads plus our bus developing tire buhaha. In all sha , I thank God for a safe journey. I later asked a branch manager of uba if there will be another test after the training and he said yes and it's the main test.

I wrote the CBT test yesterday and passed but I couldn't do the person to person interview cos my doc was not complete but was told to come next week for it when I get the doc but they sent me 2 email messages that same yesterday, one is psychometric test while the other is like online test,I don't really understand what's in them

Sorry for the late reply , the reason they sent u the psychometric test was because u passed the cbt. There's no online test again. And that psychometric test is all about just analysing your psychology. There's no right or wrong answers just that u have to be able not to contradict yourself. After the psychometric analysis, comes an interview with the "ogas at the top" . It involves 2 stages. After first interview, u wait for a second one. Completing both successfully, you'll be sent a mail for the training. In my own case I completed both interviews around 7pm and before 8pm, a mail was sent to me to come for the training and pre-employment medical test.

Are we going to write any other test or interview after this training??
