The Nigeria Customs Service, Ogun State Area II Command, has officially released a bullion van that was seized in April 2022, following its involvement in the smuggling of rice along border communities in the state.

A 26-year-old Nigerian Master's student Somtochukwu Okwuoha, enrolled at Dundee University in Scotland, has been handed a 40-month prison sentence for making terrorism threats against staff and students of the institution.


According to BBC reports on Friday, Okwuoha, an international energy studies student, will face deportation following his conviction by the Perth Sheriff Court.
