mrakin: JW do not go about telling people they are the best or the only true religion.
1. we strive hard to follow God's word, the bible.
2. we live a simple and focussed life
3. we preach the goodnews of God's kingdom
4. we don't force people or condemn them
5. we are not perfect as individuals. some of us misbehave and are usually disciplined if the matter is serious and it is made manifest
6. We train ourselves to have a good conscience and to live a Godly life.
7. JW are not drunkards but we know the bible did not condemn drinking in moderation. Personally, I don't drink.
8.note that not all who attend our meetings are JW,

Well as for me, it's a great honor to bear witnes to my loving God, Jehovah as the sovereign Ruler of d whole universe and Jesus as messianic ruler of God's kingdom which will fulfill God's worderful promises for obedient humans.
@op, i can't conclusively say u'r jw or not. However, i doubt the motive behind ur post and d comments of my fellow jw in d house show that we know better.
Finally, i'm proud to be jw. It's a previlege beyond compare.

@frosbel, i hv been following ur posts on this forum. While i do not agree with every of ur post, i commend ur insatiable love for the truth which God reveals to those who are humble enough to search through the scriptures diligently instead of tradition of men (prov. 2:1-5) . Kindly know that for one to trend in the path of the truth, courage and endurance are needed. This is especially so as the bible indicates that those in the side of the truth will alway be few in relation to its opposers. So be unmovable and steadfast, and continue to peer through the holy scriptures prayerfully. However, while we are imperfect and prone to names calling, let us always defend the truth with mild temper and deep respect. Once again, keep up the good work, people must be liberated from the shackle of false teachings whether these have been in existence in centuries or not. Do't be intimidated.

My friend, I just feel dt in ur desperate attempt 2 prove sumthing against JWs, u may be fighting against God. And i fear 4 u because it seem ur mission on nairaland is 2 paint them black wt unfounded info. irrespective of d source.

I hv been following ur trends on JWs. And i cn conclude u'r so determine 2 spread falsehood than d truth, and 2 seek miracles than salvation. Well, i pray God shud open ur eyes and change ur heart condition b4 it's too late.
