Character assassination is in play here. Just the same way buhari can not be president, even if he wins, buhari's case will be similar to abiola's case.

you don't know the might of turaki adamawa. If there is anybody that can break the pdp,believe me it is atiku. Why do u think pdp has never allowed him to get to the presidential primaries? Or do u think the pdm faction is no longer active? Within south west pdp ,atiku still has a lot of clout, space won't permit me. The last time he contested ,obj intentionally frustrated him until just about 3 weeks to elections before he was cleared. Ask an old member of pdp and they will tell you ,among the top 100 politicians in nigeria there is none that doesn't owe atiku a favour ,even tinubu . Do u know the real reason why tafa balogun was punished ? There are many things most of u don't know about abubakar atiku. If atiku was apc candidate,many pdp members will vote for him.

You are right. Atiku is very influential, although corrupt, thats why obj detests him. Remember obj had to kneel down and beg atiku in 2003 to step down for him. The pdp governors, had already been pocketed by atiku.

atiku isn't bankrupt. Atiku has the financial war chest to fund a presidential campaign that will match gej and pdp dollar for dollar and naira for naira. I have been telling ppl that atiku was apc best shot. Apc governors are going to elections too in their own states and they will need all the financial muscle they can get to ward off pdp and other opposition parties,there is no way those governors will now commit their funds to buhari campaign. All these jamboree that bububuhari is doing will soon wear off.

Atiku is very wealthy, apart from customs where he retired from, he owns intel in onne and has a major stake in glo. He would save his cash for the next presidential elections.

Atiku and kwankwanso aren't dumb and stewpid as many apc supporters on nairaland. They know what apc is up against and they know buhari hasn't got the stuff to even make any meaningful impact in the elections,so why should they bother themselves,they will wait for the buhari campaign train to land in their respective states. Atiku is a pdp man that knows how the game will be played. Another issue is ,buhari is tinubu candidate and that doesn't mean buhari is the best candidate in or for apc. When this election is over there is going to be a big serious power tussle withing apc which may likely result in either the party disintegrating or tinubu faction losing power. The anti tinubu camp within apc now is just waiting for the outcome of this elections before launching their attacks ,

Atiku will be looking for an opportunity to pay them back for humiliating him. Besides, buhari becoming president means atiku's presidential ambitions are dead. So he would prefer gej to win.

Was this not how you guys thought Tinubu would not attend until Buhari's Campaign train got to the SW?! We're all tired of Jonathan. I could remember that Kwankwaso asked some LG Delegation when they visited at the Government House, to cast their votes for Buhari. Just wait as our train gets to the North and see how crowd looks like!
