The bluechrome lookbook was inspired by the intensity of the color
blue. Blue as a natural shade was featured in this collection showing
the variance and the intensity, fitting each design. Progressing from
a lighter shade to a darker shade and infused with subtle color
features, the bluechrome collection The designs featured feminine and
classy cuts, taking into account the elegance of women. This
collection basically transformed the color blue as a feminine color
with the designs supporting the claim.

The annual ground rent is the tax paid to the state government annually by the owner of the land, it is a source of IGR to the state government. The annual ground rent is 15,000 naira only. Even developed Estates in the state have been paying this tax. Just have it in mind that even if you dont pay it when it is due, it will accumulate over the years. I wont! The person sponsoring the wedding, could as well give the couple the money to start up something meaningful. It's not a must to invite the whole world to your wedding and starve afterwards.

They could just go for a marriage blessing and channel the money on something else

But you know its normally a wedding of 4 or more couples, so the sponsor/s would be glad to replace the person leaving with another person. The couple should have written a business proposal instead of accepting the sponsor's offer. Anyway, maybe the sponsor refused their proposal.

I have already thought of that, do you want me to recommend one for you?
The poverty chain can be broken by re-orientation of the Nigerian populace. I dont see anything wrong seeking the opinion of others on an issue.

We all know that sponsored marriages involves someone or a couple of people bearing the wedding expenses of those, who cannot afford to get married because of financial difficulties. I have been wondering how a woman who is a beneficiary of this system feels about her man and their wedding. I believe most men who benefited from this do not have any problem with sponsored marriages. What do you think about sponsored marriages? Can you give it a try if opportune to?

They do not open roads until all the plots of land has been sold. Once a particular estate has been sold, the roads will be opened and you can easily locate your plot. You might have seen how their previous estates look like, Just check Ahocol Phase I, Phase II or Phase III GRA Awka. So be patient. Thanks for understanding.

Ahocol cannot develop, different Estates they own simultaneously because of lack of enough capital. That is why they have to raise some capital by selling some of their lands to clients to cover expenses. Its for the owners to develop using the format approved by the company.
