QUICK QUESTION; AS A BUSINESSMAN, IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO ASCERTAIN A SPECIFIC MONTHLY INCOME AS INCOME WOULD VARY MONTH BY MONTH DEPENDING ON BUSINESS. what should be used as monthly income? how does one go about coming up with a figure? would using 'N/A' be acceptable?

similarly, money given to family members and other dependents would also vary depending on how much income is made for the month, how should one input those figures .

i have very recently (after the submission of my visa application) applied for the purchase of land here in abuja, i received my provionsal letter of allocation on monday, can i also include this letter? or will it seem bait suspicious?

Since your husband is sponsoring the trip, I don't think your salary is a problem here. And with your travel history you should be fine. Like I said, no amount of document is too much, if you have other business or asset you can include the documents otherwise you should be fine with your statement of account only. This will show your economic tie to your home country.

i forgot to mention, my salary isn't much, 75k per month, this however shouldn't be an issue should it? as i have clearly stated that my husband will be sponsoring the trip?

secondly, i stated in my application that i will be visiting for 6 days, might this have had an impact on my refusal?

i have traveled to the u.s and the u.k a good number of times however my last visa to the uk was in 2008. i am just wondering why i would have gotten refused. i can't seem to see where i went wrong. pls assist to enable me get it right next time as i intend on reapplying on monday.

As for the reason for refusal. It's really not a big deal. it has been discussed on several pages here the importance of personal statement of account. This should never be ignored even if you're being sponsored. Give the VO as many documents as you have them available. They're never too much.

And if you're travelling 1st week of October, no troubles. Use Ikeja submission centre.

this was the major reason for my denial. i provided them with my employment letter and payslips, however i omitted my bank account statement because my husband was stated as sponsor of the trip and i didn't feel it necessary. other than my personal bank account statements, what other documents should i provide? kindly note i have no landed property or another source of funds.

i am married with a kid who will be travelling with us however she doesn't require the visa because she is an american citizen.

i want to reapply immediately (fastback) as i hope to be in the uk by the first week of october. (it was a 6 month tourist visa i applied for) how do i go about it this time. kindly assist me please as i am confused.
