I haven't seen anyone that came for the interviews awarded this scholarship and they have organized the pre-departure briefings.
From the videos I saw online, some of the awardees were mostly looking old, like how??
Nigeria is truly a scam, nothing is merit anymore.

Who knows if they do catchment areas for this.
And can I use a guarantor from a government representative office?
