I have a 2004 xterra SE. Bought it on pre-order from Inspired in June 2012. The odometer was 117k on arrival. So far I only serviced it and topped the radiator coolant.

I tire for some of them! Bought a car from one of them recently and after paying for the registration yet to get the complete papers from him. He does not pick his calls again sef.

All these peeps saying Nigeria is hot and cars were not designed to operate in hot weather forget that there are parts in US that are as hot if not hotter than Nigeria sef.

Road side mechanics are quacks and will for ever remain quacks. Patronize them at your own risk.

If you are buying an Xterra please go for the 2004 model. It has the least problems and least recalls. Run from 2005 model!

It is not show off. The cars are mostly North American origin equipped with Day Running Lights. A friend called a rewire to de activate his for him and ended up with a car that discharges its battery once its parked.

Buyer made a mistake in allowing those roadside mechanic handle the car. They are nothing but a bunch of quacks.

Seller did not give full disclosure. The car was involved in an accident and repaired afterwards. Seller should have disclosed this fact.

Buyer shd tow the car back to Lagos and both of them shd contribute 50:50 to the repairs.

Lesson: When you are selling anything always disclose full facts otherwise it can be assumed that you wanted to deceive. When you are buying go about it as if the seller is out to swindle you.
