Please my Dell E7250 just stopped coming on or charging
When I plug it, it makes a sound for a while then stops

After loosening the back, I noticed the sound it mashed is this place (circled in image) burning

Someone told me it’s the controller IC

can this be fixed?

I’m also having this connection issue
It’s saying my dns server is incorrect or doesn’t exist
Please how can I fix this

I have been facing this issue if I Connect my Smile NG network, I bought another of their device since I thought the problem is from the old one
If I connect another network e.g airtel, I don’t have any issues but since airtel data doesn’t last much I had to get another smile device.
This issue doesn’t occur with another laptop or phone.
In the second picture, it is written that my computer is trying to use a dns server that is incorrect or doesn’t exist.
Any solution would be greatly appreciated
