It’s saying my dns server is incorrect or doesn’t exist
Please how can I fix this

I have been facing this issue if I Connect my Smile NG network, I bought another of their device since I thought the problem is from the old one
If I connect another network e.g airtel, I don’t have any issues but since airtel data doesn’t last much I had to get another smile device.
This issue doesn’t occur with another laptop or phone.
In the second picture, it is written that my computer is trying to use a dns server that is incorrect or doesn’t exist.
Any solution would be greatly appreciated
