Lately, I have been having clients call me and indicate serious interest in web design or development services.
I mean these clients will spend hours on phone with you. Some will even agree a price with you.
After a few days when they are supposed to start, they will suddenly blank you. You will message them a reminder but will be ignored. You will call them and they won't even pick your call.
