Peter Obi will likely loose south south votes for criticising a project that will benefit them.

Expect Tinubu supporters to remind them how much Peter Obi criticised their project in 2027.

They are too smart to be deceived by APC...Peter Obi will not lose any votes

Politics / Re: Peter Obi Replies Umahi: Your Claims Of Inciting Igbos Against FG Baseless by ClearFlair: 12:17pm On May 02
Peter Obi has too much wisdom. He didn't incite anybody, he properly analyzed the situation and made his opinions known...but not everyone will understand due to Peter Obi's high level of intelligence.

Whatever users like FreeStuffsng, Helinues, Biodun556, duro4chang, Yarimo and the others try to make you believe, this is the reality right here. Facts are very stubborn and cannot be wished away. Neither can they be suppressed with bigotry. God bless us all.

Politics / Re: Economic Importance Of Lagos Calabar Coastal High Way by ClearFlair: 10:02pm On May 01
Biodun556:
1. The road will connect all the 7 ports in Nigeria together

2. The road will serve as alternative to lagos-ibadan expreway.

3. All major cities in South West and South South will be connected together.

4. The 700 kilometer road is not entirely new as there many federal roads within it so it served as way of repairing the bad federal roads

5. The coastal road will have rail, this will assist the new refineries to easily move their products.

We know the value of the properties destroyed, we know the number of jobs lost. Where are numbers showing the benefits? Dey play

Ever wondered what the coolest coastal road trips in the world are? Picture the scene, you're cruising along a breezy, coastal highway, windows down, your favourite playlist on the car stereo. Utter bliss.

There's a real sense of freedom and romance to be had with a classic coast road trip, especially if your drive includes dreamy coastal scenery, quirky pit stops, challenging roads and fun passengers.

A coastal drive is the perfect road trip for seaside lovers and those seeking adventures and travel memories that will last a lifetime.

Did thousands of people lose their jobs for those roads

Politics / Re: Peter Obi Vehemently Condemns Lagos-Calabar Highway As A Misplaced Priority by ClearFlair: 4:30pm On Apr 30
emkz:

If anyone from the Niger-Delta comes across the thread, please remember that some of you voted for Peter Obi. Peter Obi has demonstrated he is against the progress of the Niger Delta communities. The bulk of the funds for running our economy comes from the Niger Delta. But he says a big project to criss-cross the Niger Delta is a misplaced priority.

Note that the US spent their way out of recession through the New Deal which focused on massive infrastructural development across board, including roads. There is no nation interested in progress that is currently not engaged in one form of infrastructural development or the other. But the one which is 60 years old overdue in Nigeria, Peter Obi is fighting it, simply because he lost election.

If he didn't build anything meaningful in Anambra, I think it is disingenuous to fight against something being built through the Niger Delta. Thanks to Tinubu's ingenuity, Lagos is undergoing massive infrastructural development and embarking on an audacious railway project which the likes of Rufai Oseni would condemn.

Peter Obi doesn't want the progress for the Niger Delta. He just wants to get the votes and use anti-developmental and archaic ideas to ruin this country completely.

Only vote for those who want progress to be in your land. With this tweet, Peter Obi has shown he is not interested in that.

As for the Landmark CEO who has been all over the place making noise, can he show us documents where the shorelines and beaches in his location were ceded to him? If he violated the right of way, it is evil for him to complain. The best thing to do was to meet and find ways to relocate his business or shift to an area where the coastal highway won't pass. When I travelled through Accra-Cape Coast highway, part of which was adjacent to the ocean, it was a beautiful sight with the blue waters! Guess what? Beaches still functioned!!

Just to add, a road network is also a delight for businesses. Food can easily be transported from rural areas to urban centers and those in rural communities would make good money.

But Peter Obi does not want this.

You're surely joking
