I once was driving past a university campus and noticed so many posters with titles like Apostolic Invasions, Prophetic Invasions, Father Visit etc. with different dates.I asked fellow passengers who happen to be student as well, if anything really, she laughed and said it usually not the case. Nothing just normal events and pockets of negative news here and there.
As Christians, how we talk less of God and prominently talk more of ourselves is amazing. Why do we pay attention to self gratification, human worship and validation. We mostly don't even see this as wrong. When you attend this meetings, it is mostly exorcism sessions and stunts to show how powerful the 'Man Of God' is. To much vibrations in the atmosphere but God not in it. Eventually, they ask to merchandise the gospel by asking for 'seeds'. I think it is fair to ask our dear apostles to explore their powers by going to the forest of Borno, Plateau , Benue, Kwara and Kogi states and show this bandits the power and fire you carry. At least with that we can feel the impact of your 'Invasions'. By the way, only thieves invade. Let us focus more on the Christ and less on the materialism and human worship that we parade as service to God. May the Lord give us understanding.

The challenge you are having is not getting a job, it is getting credentials that make you top notch candidate. People go ahead to learn the skills thinking a reasonable employer will just grab you because you are tech person. No , they have to trust that you can do the job.

The Ekiti State Government on Monday began the distribution of Riders’ Permit to motorcycle operators, popularly referred to as Okada Riders, in the state.

The Executive Chairman, Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service, Olumuyiwa Ogunmilade, said at the flag-off in Ado Ekiti that the permit was part of the ongoing reform of the operations of commercial motorcyclists in the state.



He said the move was aimed at improving security and ensuring sanity on the roads.

Ogunmilade said the permit was the concluding part of the enumeration and registration process, to ensure proper identification of the motorcycle and tricycle operators in the state.

He said the enumeration included issuance of authentic riders’ permit and customised vest with corresponding numbers for each rider and proper branding of the operational motorcycles with the state logo.

The chairman said it was to ensure the safety of the riders and their passengers.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Ogunmilade lauded Governor Kayode Fayemi for the initiative, which he said was for the advantage of all the road users.

He said: ‘‘With this initiative by Governor Fayemi, we expect that it would curb the risk of having marauders who act under the guise of being commercial motorcyclists to harm innocent citizens in the state.

“These reforms are aimed at eliminating illicit activities like robbery, kidnapping and ritual killings.”

Ogunmilade described the governor as a selfless leader who cared about the welfare of the common man.

‘‘The administration of Fayemi is not out to frustrate motorcyclists but rather find the best way possible to ensure the safety of the good people of the state,” he said.

The chairman appreciated the union of the operators for their cooperation
throughout the period of registration and sought continued support of the members.

He appealed to other commercial and private operators to utilise the opportunity to get registered and obtain their permits.

I was observing a baby trying to work some days back. The baby tried standing on his own and fell hitting his head on the tiled floor. The atmosphere became ecstatic as everyone burst into a mockery mood with all sort of comment like "with all the food you are eating in this house" "as old as you are you are still falling down" the mother did not join instead she pick the baby from the floor and wrapped him under her arms to give her some milk. Some days later, the boy try wallking this time he fell after some few steps. Alas few folks Still mock the baby....once again no comment from the mother. She picked the little boy from the floor. And gave her some milk. One fellow in the room even the mother is responsible for the boy not working. But the woman gave no heed to their comments. Now yesterday, the boy tried walking, first holding the wall, then few steps fell on his buttock and back to the wall and then the boy could make the few more steps. Then in the evening when everyone was home. The boy had master the craft and he can bow move few steps all of a sudden those mocking in the morning began sending nice words to the boy. They even put the boy photo on their phone.
Now the lessons....
Some expect that the instant you got into Christ then you stand firm....lies....it does not happen suddenly. The word mock for being a man of God, a child of God but still in the web of sin. They claim you are not deserving of the child of God accolade. But remember the scripture. In that while we are yet sinners, Christ died for us....they were not the one who died but Christ. Although being in a state of imperfection put you danger of spiritual death . but also remember the bible calls you babe. Learn to listen to your father more than you listed to spectators. Human will pass comment. They say things like no man can be righteous but the same bible says that God will give you righteousness as a blessing. Why will he give you if not that he saw your trying. He saw your secret. I have a message for you to hold to your Father's verdict not the crowd, pastor etc who just pass comment.
