lalasticlala, Seun, Obinoscopy and Ishilove, Can Nigerians Know what PDP as opposition is made up? |
Mr. Failure Ihedioha, You don't need to teach them, they have already started with Phantom watch bought by Aisha, Public declaration of Asset, etc However, they also ran the most vicious and divisive propaganda ever know to mankind before election, they ran the most libelous documentary also, they employ the most crudest form of campaign ever known to mankind, all in a bid to STOP Buhari/APC from emerging, any yet they FAILED and Was HUMULIATED! Why do they think, Liberated Nigerians, who have just heaved a sign of relief, would listen to a party who Killed 20000 Nigerians, Stole over 60Trillion Naira of their common wealth, and celebrated known criminals! Shameless and Idotic Oppostion!

Musa Abdullahi & Agency Reports Hon. Emeka Ihedioha is the current Speaker of the House of Representatives who succeeded Hon. Aminu Tambuwal (who has resumed office as the Governor of Sokoto state) tells the Lawmakers of the both assembly to brace-up. The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports that Hon. Ihedioha delivered a short address to newly elected members of the National Assembly from the People’s Democratic Party during their ongoing retreat in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state. He gave some tips which he said will be useful for them as the new opposition party in the national assembly. “The PDP has to step up to play the role of opposition well enough. We will have to conduct ourselves in most responsible manner. Team work is important as we go forward. In the House of Reps where I have operated for 12 years, I have learnt that what the opposition does is to be very vigilant. You cannot afford the luxury of not coming to chambers,” he said. He then added: “Whenever they are blowing the cake, you must find fault wherever it is possible. Whistleblowing is an arsenal and asset which the opposition must have at its fingertips. You cannot afford the luxury of keeping quiet. APC made noise at every opportunity. All of us must begin to work on our media friends. Shout, make noise and do not allow any opportunity to pass you by.” He similarly advised the party generally to be on the lookout for members while performing its role as the opposition. “Nigerians will celebrate your failure but we must rise up to the challenge. We must alert our people when things start to go wrong. For instance the situation in Ekiti is what we as the House of Representatives stood up to address. We cannot see Fayose as an enigma. We should not allow Fayose to go down before we rescue,” he said. Concerning what the PDP will need to do to regain its place in the national polity, he said, “We must do what we must do, using propaganda and blackmail. When you don’t blackmail when you are in the opposition, you are wasting your time. Marry the media as quickly as possible and do the needful when it needs to be done. “The true test of our character as an opposition has just begun. Our capacity to influence the emergence of principal officers will to a large extent give Nigerians the idea whether we are ready for our role. I believe that outside here, those who know how to plot, especially General David Mark, who is a professional businessman in this field, will know the right thing to do so that we can begin to plot what to do.” Hon. Ihedioha also advised the acting chairman of the party, Chief Uche Secondus who was present to lead the party aright. “Mr Chairman and the NWC, the party cannot afford to lead as it led in the past. We must lead our members rightly. What I learnt from the APC was that inspite of their personal differences, they always managed to present a common front on the floor of the house. When you are unable to present a common front as an opposition, you have failed.” Read more http://newswirengr.com/2015/06/01/pdp-must-use-propaganda-blackmail-as-opposition-house-of-reps-speaker-ihedioha/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter

The Peoples Democratic Party has warned that its members will mobilize and resist any plots by outgoing Ekiti All Progressives Congress state lawmakers to remove Governor Ayo Fayose. The party’s national publicity secretary, Olisa Metuh, in a statement on Monday said the PDP was aware that the outgoing lawmakers were desperate to wreak havoc on the state before the end of their tenure on Thursday as a final attempt in their failed mission to unseat Governor Ayo Fayose. The PDP however warned the lawmakers to watch their steps and not to take its civility for granted, as it would not hesitate to defend the governor with all force availed by the law. “We wish to state in very clear terms that we would not condone any more moves by the rejected APC lawmakers to subvert the will of the people of Ekiti state as expressed in the mandate freely given to Governor Ayo Fayose,” the PDP said. “These outgoing APC lawmakers whose mandates have already been withdrawn by the people should watch their steps and not in any way take our civility and Governor Fayose’s deportment for peace, unity and harmony for granted. “We issue this as a final warning. Our members and supporters in Ekiti state are able, willing and ready to defend our mandate using all available instruments granted by the law. We have the capacity and will have no other option unless the APC lawmakers retrace their steps and embrace peace. Enough is enough.” The party underlined that the position of the Federal High court on the status of the lawmakers and proceedings of the house regarding the odious plot to impeach Governor Fayose is clear. It said it would not in any way “condone or tolerate any move by the APC lawmakers to subvert the course of justice.” While commending the people of Ekiti state for their courage in standing by Governor Fayose, the PDP urged President Muhammadu Buhari to call the lawmakers to order, especially given the olive branch already extended to them by the governor in the interest of peace and development of the state. Finally, the party charged security agencies to be on high alert and ensure that there is no breakdown of law and order in the state. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/184154-pdp-talks-tough-vows-to-thwart-moves-to-remove-fayose.html?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter

jmaine:Are you another Asari Dokubo, who only barks without action? If Fayose is impeached, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN! |
thegeniusoye:Good! Then they should go ahead and impeach the dolts! Nigerians are fully behind the lawmakers! |
seunmsg:So because, there is Tension in Ekiti, The representatives of people should be stopped from carrying out their constitutional duties? It is like saying that Jega should have Stopped announcement of the 2015 presidential results because Orubebe, Asari and some Nairaland TANIODS were creating non existent Tension? However, Buhari, APC has nothing to gain here, because when oshokomo is finally rested by the house, the Deputy will still take over and all of them are still PDP! So rest your fear! |
doctokwus:I tire oo! Should Buhari stop them from performing their duties, just to satisfy PDP? That party is a joke! |
SHARIAREPORTERS:Town Crier!! |
seunmsg:No! Fayose needs to be taught that impunity does not pay! This mentality of let's forget everything that had happened is the very reason Nigeria is where it is today! Let them at least use the remaining 5 days and remind him that power is actually transient! The man is a disgrace! |
These guys should be faster! I can't withstand the delay any longer! ![]() Bye bye Fayose!! |
The Peoples Democratic Party has raised the alarm over what it called an illegal plot by some members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, to oust Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose. Mr. Fayose, who has been having a running battle with the members of the State House of Assembly, had obtained a court order restricting the members from proceeding with the impeachment process. The Acting Chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus, while addressing a retreat of elected lawmakers under the party holding in Port Harcourt this morning, said the Ekiti lawmakers “are presently camped at a location in Osun in preparation to be moved to Ekiti”. Mr. Secondus said the party considered it illegal and a test of its patience if the Ekiti lawmakers and their backers will be allowed to make real their intentions. “We call on President Buhari to intervene. As a party, we will not sit down and watch democracy being derailed. We have been working on deepening democracy for the past 16 years. We must continue to depend it and I call on you to continue to depend democracy.” Mr. Secondus, in a reaction to brickbats that followed the party’s abysmal performance in the last round of elections, called on members of the party to bring an end to the blame game and face the task of rebuilding the party. He said the PDP plans to rev up its research and communication units to reposition itself as a formidable opposition party. Earlier, the President of the Senate, David Mark, said as a minority party, the PDP is prepared to provide “credible, focused and vibrant opposition” at the National Assembly. He said with unity among party members and synergy between leadership of the party and elected persons under the party, the PDP would be stronger and capable of giving the ruling APC a tough fight. “We will very credible in our opposition. We will prepare ourselves so that we will have accountability and good governance”. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/184146-pdp-raises-alarm-over-fresh-plot-to-remove-fayose-begs-buhari-to-intervene.html

asha80:Who told you that? Abia's Case is one of the easiest cases we have at Tribunals across the country! The simple prayer of Otti and APGA at The Tribunal, is Let the hitherto Cancelled Election in the controversial LGs stand or in the Alternative, the Tribunal Should order a rerun in those three LGS. And if any of the Above is granted. Ikpeazu is a goner. Thank me later. |
You people should learn from me. I have never commented in any of hi Self-serving, Idiotic, hate-filled and hollow threads ever since he wrote that infamous letter seeking for protection. The guy is a bitter sore loser! Ignore his threads and he will wear off! Half a word.... |
