The OfferUp thing is indeed complicated. I have done everything as instructed and even got a US number to verify with but I'm not even able to verify as I'm still getting error messages when it tells me to verify.

Have u tried creating an account using a browser on a laptop instead of the app? See if that method works, chrck first page and always use a different and dedicated browser for each avcount as they can track and link you by cookies

I don't know but I think using the app is difficult even with a VPN because apps are designed to reveal your true location. If you notice whenever you download an app, it asks you to grant it access to your contacts, location, pictures and all sorts of things. Ut might work for a while until they block you. So even with a VPN, Apps will unmask your exact location. Try using the browser method with a laptop as described on page one.

I always use the "ask" option to say hello, ask questions and make my own offer. Some sellers set up the buy now option in such a way that you cannot even make any offer other than their asking price. I particularly enjoy trolling the ones who say price is firm.

Ranges between $350 - $500 There's really no true range, it is whatever the seller feels like asking but you always negotiate the price. Most sellers know buyers will price their items so they pad it wella in anticipation.
