I applied through hard copy about 2 or 3 months back. There was no advert when I applied. I just submitted my cv and I received their text on Friday. For those of you who want to try, just send your cv (hard copy) to their head office at Ilupeju, and they will call u when they have the next text. Good Luck, guys.

I applied thru their website about 3weeks ago. i am a 2nd upper grader. i understand access bank are 90% for 2nd upper graders. But please keep the faith. 2-1 isnt a qualifier 4 what we are to be in life.

Zenith Bank sent me (via txt message) an invitation 4 apt. test on 19/09/07 by 9am @ 31, sanusi fafunwa street. V/I.
They also snt anoda txt saying "pls come formally dressed with 2 p/ports, ID, CV, Writing Materials, oriinal birth certificate and credntials.

i am aware of their apt. test questions-thanks to nairalanders- to be Numerical reasoning, Comprehension, sentence correction and critical reasoning, 100 question in 2hrs. Barrons foreign Gmaths.

My (nervous)question are
1) 'Where can i get barrons Gmaths questions within the nxt few days/". what is the pass %?
2) what happens after the test? is it straight to interview section . i ask because of their credential and other requests.
3)is dressing part of the implicit(silent and indirect) sreening process.Must i appear in Suit because i dont have 1.

Pls guyz help me out.

please, in order to clarify thing and get to know bank screening strategies for test.it wud be appreciated if members include their location, when and how they applied(thru CV submission or Online), B.Sc or HND, even professional certificates

Not that m trying to be some kind of interrogator,its frustrating to know u tried method of application and then sit back and listen to everyone else talking bout invitations to test centres while u get notin but nairaland forum to chat.

u don't seem to know anything about banking at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of the two banks u mentoned check out if they merge with many banks b/4 they met n25b minimum deposit in the recent consolidation. my friend don't be carried away by flashy structures around. just try and find out the financial strength of a bank b/k falling in love with it

Ajengogo, U sound so much like my Grandfather-if my comment. u must be working with or for one of these banks . lol.those banks-long with many old generation banks- i mentioned deserve to be called loosers due to the kind of services they render. Customer satisfaction is below 20%.
No be capital base we wan chop, people, kingdoms rise and fall and so does organaistion(the US wasnt so popular 60yers back). u work to get to the top and work to stay @ the top.and like i'll always say, if these "looser banks" continue like this for the next decade,they will fall-just like savannah Bank. Give listening ear to the complaints of people who bank with this loosers and u know what i mean.

I would like to know who among todays youth would like to bank with banks like Afribank and Union bank. As for me Never!! The reasons: Poor workin environ, Poor service, Poor Evrythin.
Kindly give yur answers and reasons.

Na Union Bank i dey beef pass! I have been saying this for years now that 99% of This "presentday nigerian youths' wlud never bank with UNION BANK. Why! Poor Customer service, Poor infrasstructure, Unpresentable working environment etc.
1- A glance @ their environment reminds me of a glorified "poultry house".
2- Na for this same bank i dey cashier yelling @ customers and will confidently say "nothin go happen"-HA! ontop my money wey dey pay them salary.
3-Their workers, except some on the island, look very ugly, uninviting, unpresentable that the thot of opening an account with them vanishes.

why on earth will i go to Union when New generation banks show off more than enough invitation appearance-wise.

The way i see it, if they continue like this for the next 10years, Belive u me, they are going down like savannah bank. i dont care what those Old men say-including my dad. Because na with the speed of light i go clear my old man account from Useless Union Bank if  i get the chance.

Pls i need help! i just arrived from from my Youth service from an area with no network, no light- NO COMMUNICATION. Back in MAY 28th, i applied online to Oceanic bank,got a candidate number.And up till now, i am yet to find out if they already conducted the test or not.Pls help me out here, dear nairalanders. i need to know if i shud 4get th

Abeg o! my fellow nairalanders, have faith! lol. God has plans 4 everyone. But remeber that the job is only 4 a fraction of all who wrote the tests.

i didnt blive my eyes when i got to unilag. Organisation of the whole process was excellent-"but that one no mean say , those wey go pass back door or do runz no go dey. because here in the outside world, levels dey!"

i belive the total number of candidates that sat 4 that exam in Lagos reached 20,000 if not more-let alone 2 other centres put togethr. The proof is that (3halls*1000Candidtes*) for every 2hrs. Now multiply by 5rounds. 15,000candidates.4 WETIN, janitors and security guards inclusive!abeg.

Well i think they were nice to at least accomodate as much candidates as possible- giving 80% of graduates smthg to look forward to.

i cud imagine the organisers saying to each other 3weeks back, "a beg make una dey send una CVs jo! na 2,000graduates we need. But make e no be like say we no call all of una. well 500 slots na for backdoor."lol
