Is Karrox Nigeria a phoney organisation when it comes to Oracle Certifications. I recently completed my OCP exams and to retrieve my certificate is now a problem. They(Oracle) said Karrox Nigeria Limited is not an approved training centre.Below is the e-mail I got:

We regret to inform you that your Oracle Certification Course Submission Form has been rejected. We were unable verify the training that you submitted.

I m posting this request again. How do i make use of a built-in modemWWAN/3G in my pc which has a simslot for sim cards configured wt 3g. Already it s configured 4 network operators overseas. How do i switch 2 our local network operators here?
