Sorry to disturb you once more @Strongbest. I am designing the label for my product right now, and am wondering what to write as the expiration date; how long does it last. Secondly, someone told me she produced her liquid soap and after a week it started losing thickness. What do you think could have caused this and how can it be forestalled.

Heyllo Sir @Coach1, the price you quoted above is an old price list. There's a slight in increase in the prices of things right now but not so high.

Please check the Osogbo- Osun State price given by Oduok, it's the most accurate. If you get it higher that anywhere, you may consider looking else where. Ojota chemical market is where you'll get the right price but always check the big stores for your chemicals.

Thanks @Strongbest I have finished the production. The problem is that the soap does not foam as much as I desire. Which foaming agent would you recommend I use? Or what do you suggest I do?

Good day Mr. Strongbest (Thank you for the useful knowledge you have been sending out) and fellow trainees. I decided to start my liquid soap production today, so I went to the market (at Alaba Suru) today and got far higher prices then the ones above.

Should I go ahead with the purchase or are they exorbitant if am to make a good profit? What are the current prices at other markets like Ojota etc? Are there subtle but salient things that I should note while buying the chemicals?

3 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GO FOR JOB IF YOU WANT TO BE RICH!

This guy now have the right to dictate when you go to urinate, when to eat breakfast and even when its rightful to visit your sick parents. Man! JOB is the new name for the modern day slavery and suprisingly, 70% of Nigerian young graduates opt for it. What a decision?

2. NO LEVERAGE ! Is it possible for you to get 10,000 man hours from 24 hours? The answer from most people, to this question, of whom a greater percentage are employees, is No! This is because they don't understand the power of leverage. My answer to this question is EMPHATIC Yes! You can access 10,000 man hours out of 24 hours. Yes, You can! if and only if you are THE EMPLOYER, THE BIG BUSINESS OWNER AND NEVER THE EMPLOYEE who employs 1000 people who gives you 10 man hours per day and you make 10,000 man hours per day. This is called the power of leverage. Mike Adenuga, Dangote, Otedola and the likes understands this principle well.

Whom do they leverage on? You of course! Yes, you the Jobber, The employee!! The employee have no time because that which he has , he has sold out to the man who knows better, the man who values more of his time and talent than he does. I mean the Business owner. The big business owners understand leverage. Leverage is the only factor that guarantees wealth creation. To create wealth, you must leverage on people's time, talent, money and other assets. When you get a job, you lose the opportunity to access this power tools. The greatest loss of an employee is THE LOSS OF THE POWER OF LEVERAGE....No wonder 97% of Employees retire into SERIOUS POVERTY at old age! My final question to you is this- Would you rather go for a JOB or Leverage? Choose one!

3. FINANCIAL FREEDOM IS A MIRAGE! It is practically impossible for a 100% compliant employee to end up RICH! Yes, you heard me right. You must never be fearful or shy or apologetic about selling.

A young real estate agent was showing a couple around a house.
"Why don't we start in the main lounge," he said. As soon as they entered the room, the woman

Many people just don't know how to close a sale. I see it all the time. I'm always watching the sales techniques of people I meet every day, even in
shops. You must know when you have made a sale, and move quickly to close. Don't keep going in circles!

# The customer is the one who is choosing, not the seller. So there was no point in telling them he had other better houses.

There’s a story told about a businessman who was negotiating a multimillion dollar deal in a restaurant.
As the negotiations proceeded late into the night, and got to a crucial stage, the waiter came to them and
said, "We are about to close, sir." The man looked around and realised that they were the only people left in the restaurant.
He got up and said to the waiter, “I want to see the manager immediately.”
Seeing the manager he asked, "How much do you make in one night?"

# Close the deal! Tomorrow it may not be there. There are always things that can happen that can completely change the trajectory of a deal.

# A good salesperson knows when to seize the moment, and move to close.
