If a missile moves at 6175 km/h then the reaction speed of a control system to change its direction should be in the range of milliseconds.

Drone swarms can also have a control reaction time in milliseconds however the issue is to match the speed of a ballistic missile, the drones should use rocket propulsion... assuming a control and communication system can control a rocket propelled drone swarm, the cost of pulling that off would be insane

What if the drone curtain just guesses the approximate path of the ICBM and simply hang a net that the ICBM can run into before then attacking the ICBM once caught. Something along that line. ICBM cant be so unpredictable. They must emerge from the direction of Iran towards Israeli in this case.
