Production is a good way out but in the absense of production it will make sense to make imports very expensive. Especially for basic consumer goods and luxuries. That will drastically reduce the demand for supply of forex and afford the govt the dollar to defend the naira deeper.
Gradually spiralling out of control but the leaders are only concerned about their ambition and anyone that threatens it. Any spontaneaous revolt will be bloody. I cant see 2027 clearly for Nigeria. This period of the year is when food prices normally crash but this year is sending a very poor signal.
Maeve7: No need to force you. The foolishness of your question is obvious. If you choose, don’t take care of your children. Just don’t complain later how they prefer their mother.

jesusjnr2020: Compilation Of Tithing Blunders Made By Prosperity Gospel Preachers
Over the years and decades, we've been bombarded by numerous blunders and heretic teachings about tithing from the stables of prosperity teachers, hence it behoved us to compile them so as to expose the prosperity gospel for the scam it truly is.
1. Ayo Oritsejiafor BN(former PFN/CAN president): "if you don't pay tithes you will die quickly". (Note: This was the same man whose private jet was impounded by the South African government during the Jonathan government for money laundering).
3. David Oyedepo: "Job's riches weren't secured because he didn't pay tithes". (Ironically the same Oyedepo later started blowing hot about suffering losses of millions of Naira of his church money being stolen by some of his highly placed church officials).
4. David Ibiyeomie: "Adam didn't eat any apple. He ate his tithe".
5. U.O Miracle: "If you eat your tithes, you'll die poor as Lazarus".
6. Unknown: "Jesus died poor because He didn't tithe".
7. Pastor Adeboye: "anyone who doesn't pay tithes won't make heaven". (He's since apologized for this heretic teaching though)
8. Pastor Adeboye: "Jesus was not a parish pastor. He was a world evangelist", as to why "Jesus didn't collect tithes". (Expecting an apology for this one very soon)
If the woman is the type with demonic powers to see into your future, it is on her to see and avoid what she wouldnt like in her old age too. No one owes such fellow forgiveness
nairalanda1: THEN Thamyris standing before the governor's judgment-seat, spake with a loud voice in the following manner.
2 O governor, I know not whence this man cometh; but he is one who teaches that matrimony is unlawful. Command him therefore to declare before you for what reason he publishes such doctrines.
3 While he was saying thus, Demas and Hermogenes (whispered to Thamyris, and) said; Say that he is a Christian, and he will presently be put to death.
4 But the governor was more deliberate, and calling to Paul, he said, Who art thou? What dost thou teach? They seem to lay gross crimes to thy charge.
5 Paul then spake with a loud voice, saying, As I am now called to give an account, O governor, of my doctrines, I desire your audience.
6 That God, who is a God of vengeance, and who stands in need of nothing but the salvation of his creatures, has sent me to reclaim them from their wickedness and corruptions, from all (sinful) pleasures, and from death; and to persuade them to sin no more.
7 On this account, God sent his Son Jesus Christ, whom I preach, and in whom I instruct men to place their hopes as that l person who only had such compassion on the deluded world, that it might not, O governor, be condemned, but have faith, the fear of God, the knowledge of religion, and the love of truth.
8 So that if I only teach those things which I have received by revelation from God, where is my crime?
9 When the governor heard this, he ordered Paul to be bound, and to be put in prison, till he should be more at leisure to hear him more fully.
10 But in the night, Thecla taking off her ear-rings, gave them to the turnkey of the prison, who then opened the doors to her, and let her in;
11 And when she made a present of a silver looking-glass to the jailor, was allowed to go into the room where Paul was; then she sat down at his feet, and heard from him the great things of God.
12 And as she perceived Paul not to be afraid of suffering, but that by divine assistance he behaved himself with courage, her faith so far increased that she kissed his chains.
The mods should please attend to this fellow. He has been derailing by posting unrelated stuff while quoting whoever he want to provoke into a lengthy ban. Stop consulting demons and mediums, dem no gree. Dem say they must collect six mulla and knack . Now seeeeere.
SisterAnn: They didn't complain about buhari's inglorious years because you were here day and night praising buhari as the best that happened to you after loosing your virginity.
mental. No proof o. Just accusation to please the urge to wail like a deranged fellow. Ride on.
Kukutenla: One of the issues with the rankings is that it places more focus on publications and research than the actual teaching and learning environment. While on the surface it looks like a good thing, the research sometimes may not even be in-depth or relevant but it will be counted for the university as progress
Mr man, ranking has to place more emphasis on research output as it is a higher and surer way of demonstrating advancement of the body of knowledge. Universities, primarily, advance body of knowledge and disseminate knowledge. Any reasonable academician will agree advancement has to take place before what has been advanced can be disseminated.
If truly the Nigerian public schools have better teachers or lecturers, why are the final product inferior to so many others? Why do they take pride in churning out failures? Why do lecturers treat students as rivals? Why isnt it translating into competence on a global scale or in civil service?
To start with, most Nigerian schools are centered around degree award and so have exceedingly large departments for mundane programs that are oversaturated in the labour market already. Marketting, Business Admin, law, accounting, intl relations. Fields where research hardly holds prospect of producing impactful outcomes. Fields where it is relative easier to make better grades. It is more about fulfilling aspiration to be graduates for most than advancement of knowledge.
Trying to place dissemination of knowledge side by side with advancement of same, like comparing the girl who pounds yam and cassava in a restaurant to the person who cooks the soup and makes the variety of dishes from start to end. One is a repetitive and largely passive while the other is more creative and expository.
