Basically, they are printing then paying it out to mostly idlers and to complement that, building infrastructures that will show they are working. Thats is what they claim. It will bacfire. The thinking is that once they have mopped up cash, mostly from high net worth individuals, they can print cash and pay workers without triggering inflation. They probably forgot that those workers are in lack and will hit the market to purchase consumer goods immediately. It will backfire spectacularly. Just watch.

All these organised protests to me are orchestrated by partisan elements in high places. The real protest that will shaake up the polity will have to be spontaneaous and less organised.
