ThothHermes:Actually, it appears he really is a committed member of dunamis. He attends their special programmes in Abuja. Pastor Paul's picture with the ones he took with him are also very conspicuous in his house. For this one, no be clout or anything like that. |
Sleekfingers:Relax and view the pictures I posted above. These are like prototype buildings at Government house. Can you show us the one in your state let's compare. |
Dear poster, what is worth doing is worth doing well.
|
Xisnin:You can't engage me because you don't know what you're saying. You didn't talk about Atiku, you said Fubara did not win the Election by popular vote. I asked you tell me the candidate that won the Governorship election by popular vote you're here talking trash about Atiku coming third. He came third because the PDP in the State did not work for him. Like I said earlier, don't try to analyze what you don't have sufficient knowledge of. |
Xisnin:I didn't respond to this yesterday because I was very busy. The problem with most of you is that you discuss matters you have pedestrian knowledge of as if you actually know what you're talking about. Just so you know, out of the 8 resigned commissioners, two of them competed against Governor Fubara, in Rufus Kamalu, the former Commissioner for Finance and Dax George-Kelly came 2nd and third respectively. There is no person in the Sim Fubara cabinet today that didn't work for his emergence as governor. The ones you said opposed his emergence such as Abiye and Austin Opara worked with wike and Sim from when he told them he wouldn't give them the Ticket till when he lost at the presidential primary, it was only because they supported Atiku ,whom by the way they had a relationship with before Wike did, after he had won the flag that Wike started to ostracize from the Governor's campaign team. I State this categorically and dare you to state the person in Fubara's cabinet that didn't campaign for him to be governor. Just one. Stop saying what you don't know, it makes you appear stupid. |
Xisnin:You are a liar. Rivers is a PDP State. Tell us the popular candidate that won the election. The only thing that happened was that there was low voter turnout after the outcome of the presidential election. Most persons still voted PDP. Stop trying to distort history. |
zero8zero:😂 😂What sort of arrogant ignorance is this ? You who doesn't know a thing saying another doesn't and with much confidence. Just so you know , All these processes you outlined are processes involved in impeachment of a Governor, not removal of a speaker and there's no such thing as impeachment of a speaker. |
wellmax:Keep quiet. When did Amaechi serve as LG chairman? |
alcaptainero:Some of you talk anyhow and it makes you appear silly. Apart from Magnus Abe who has lost a lot of political support base and Barry Mpigi who holds sway in Tai LGA who else on that list has political clout? Meanwhile are Ledum Mitee or Rev Kii also politicians? And is senator Bennett Birabi also a Wike Person? Please wait till Electioneering season, that's when we'll all know the people really in charge of anything. |
3ice9ce:In the attached pictures is Chief Dumo Lulu Briggs, the Richest man in Rivers State. It's an helmet yes, but also a traditional symbol and attire of the Kalabari people.
|
Hemanwel:Brother, of a truth Asari Dokubo might be too talkative nowadays but truth be told, there are few Ijaws alive that are more deserving of traditional titles and appointments than him, Even in his talkative state, the central theme of his message on the economic emancipation of the Niger Delta remains. I'll crave your indulgence that you read him up on Wikipedia. Avoid the urge to respond to me immediately, just look him up first. Also Search his pictures of 2000- 2006. |
Peakdesign23:It's a Kalabari thing? It's a cultural attire not a costume. In the pictures Attached is Chief Dumo Lulu Briggs, the Richest Man in Rivers State.
|
He has already presented it. |
tutudesz:I've followed this conversation and quite frankly it's funny how you, the one embarrassing himself in public, is saying another is. If the Governor wanted to attend he would. Nobody would stop him, at some point the other guy was even correcting your use of the word banned to say he wasn't invited, yet You're still making yourself appear unexposed. What would the organizers do if the governor showed up? ,Enlighten me please. |
OKANIA-OGBOGORO-MBARAJA ROAD: GOV. SIM FUBARA TURNS PROMISE INTO REALITY The transformation story of the Okania-Ogbogoro- Mbaraja Road is one for the books! Just six months ago, this 6.55-kilometer stretch of road was a nightmare for residents of Ada George, Okania, Mbaraja, and Ogbogoro communities in Port Harcourt. Today, it’s a smooth ride into a new era of hope and progress. Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara, who had promised the people a brand-new road, returned triumphantly to the area today, December 12, to keep his word. But this wasn’t just any commissioning,it was special. The Governor invited his counterpart, His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas, the Governor of Taraba State, as the guest of honour to unveil this game-changing project. This road had suffered years of neglect, worsened by political drama years back when a proposed NDDC intervention was stopped by the former Governor. The reason? It was a deliberate slight against opposition members who reside in their numbers within the area. Residents were left to endure the hardship. On May 24, 2024, Governor Fubara flagged off the reconstruction of the road, boldly promising to deliver it in just six months. True to his word, today, the Okania-Ogbogoro-Mbaraja Road now boasts an impressive drainage system and a durable surface that will boost transportation and economic activities. Speaking at the commissioning, Governor Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to the people, saying this was just the beginning. “We’re not just here to commission a road; we’re here to fulfill a promise and prove that Rivers State deserves nothing but the best,” he said. On his choice of Lt. Col. Agbu Kefas as the special guest, Fubara noted that Kefas, having served in Rivers State during his military career, was familiar with the route and could truly appreciate the transformation. Governor Agbu Kefas lauded the project, but what struck him most was the sheer joy of Rivers people. “The cheering was overwhelming,” he said. “People came out from their homes and businesses to celebrate their Governor. This was not a hired crowd. That happiness is the true essence of governance.” The completion of this strategic road, with its 5.4-kilometer drainage system, is more than just an infrastructure upgrade, it’s a lifeline for residents and businesses in the area. Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s administration has once again shown that it’s all about action, not excuses. Rivers people, the future is here, and it’s paved with promises fulfilled. bixton:Like I said earlier, people like you embarrass yourselves showing your limited knowledge and exposure while trying to appear smart. If you were an exposed person you would have read through properly and noticed there was no where the governor stated it was an ultra-modern building, infact you would have done a little research and found out that it was actually stated in the official press release that it's a prototype building. Exposed people understand that when they criticize and they should be no room for error because where it turns out to be misplaced or distorted they appear stupid but not you.
|
bixton:You guys in trying to act smart consistently come online to embarrass yourselves all the time by showing your lack of knowledge and exposure whilst appearing extremely silly in the process. For your information, that building is a prototype building of the Nigerian Airforce quarters. The design is same across the country. Mumu ![]() |
SimFubaraNews:OP you need to up your game. The official press release stated clearly that it's a prototype building. These morons trying to discredit the project should look up the meaning of prototype buildings and compare with Airforce quarters In other states and Airforce HQ.
|
Flangelo12:You're calling all the Airforce quarters in Nigeria lock up shops? |
techbro1:The OP goofed, the official press release stated that it's a prototype building. It's almost same design you'll see at most of the Airforce quarters in Nigeria. |
Rexymania:It's a prototype building Bros. |
deji68:Mugu, it's a prototype building of the Nigerian Airforce residential quarters. |
Omodua:Don't mind that guy, anybody who is politically active in Rivers State knows that he was referring to Marshal |
Eteka1:Stop saying what you don't know. He was referring to Wike's In-law , Marshal Obuzor, who was SA New Media to Wike throughout the Eight years of his administration. Marshal trains and sells exotic dogs. The appointment he was referring was the appointment given to Lere by Wike( SSA Media) |
9japride:What's poor about this structure bros? Follow me up on this please. |
Kam2021:What does aerial view mean ? You're also accepting that your criticism is not reasonable since its only the grass that is not green. |
Kam2021:The project is hundred percent quality Mr man, tell me what is not of quality in that project, I challenge you on this. I made reference to Wike's project because they were not quality or how else can you explain that a supposed cancer center that Wike built doesn't have Radiology and Chemotherapy equipments, That's a project without quality thus its continued abandonment nearly four years later or is it the college of medicine building in Rivers State University that collapsed and killed people ? |
pharmagba:Let not your heart be troubled. The Governor's media handlers are not doing enough but it's really not about show off, it's all about service delivery to the people of Rivers State.
|
Kam2021:Two things really- 1. If not that you just want to be mischievously silly, you'd know that not every part of a school should be cemented 2. We're in dry season thus the greenery of the grass will not be there for now so the aerial view might not look too good but that's not what Sim is all about, for Sim let the school be opened and the needed positives be accrued to all associated with the school unlike Willy Willy Wike who was all about Commissioning to show off like the Cardiovascular centre without Radiology equipments and other necessary Equipments which he commissioned over two years ago but has still not started operations or is it the Mother and Child hospital that is still not in use after almost four years of Commissioning and so many of such fake Commissionings. Criticize it all you want that School has started working already and that's the most important bit. |
yarimo:Stop being Silly. How is this an uncompleted project? The Commissioning spree will last for two weeks, don't develop high BP o |
yarimo:Don't be Silly. He said this during the Commissioning of a project. Rivers State has been somewhat blessed with performing governors, if he wasn't performing, we wouldn't be supporting him. Don't cry more than the bereaved. |
read it again.
