Can we rate our performance from the feedback video, like whether we have done well or not

The goal of the feedback video is to help you succeed in your career and personal life through the actionable insights they shared so yes I can say it is important to know that your performance has been rated by the results of the video.

Every step is important in the recruitment process including the feedback given in the video.

Yes, I did.

But I thought the feedback report would have been sent to our mail as well automatically.

I also forgot to mention that the feedback video was deleted from the server after a while.

That includes the video sent to your email as well.

please what and what changed this year? what are the additions in the recruitment process?

You know that after the COVID period, a lot of companies went remote so that changed the recruitment process a ton.

For example, the smart interview seems new as compared to the other assessment of the previous year.

These are just my own observations though.

So this means every step of the recruitment process is important.

lol, it was one video like that that was talking about the things they tested us on.

there was no score or percentage or anything like that.

I don't feel they will be using percentage or scores this year though.

I feel they are assessing us based on a certain level of performance that is not tied to a mark.

Hey,

You can do so immediately after finishing the assessment.

You will see a place to put in your email.

But I think the mail was sent automatically I can't really remember now.

Hi Azeezat,

I got a feedback from SHL as well when I finished the assessment.

Usually the feedback video will play after you finish the assessment.

They will send it to your email when you make a request for it to be sent to you after you finish the assessment but I am trying to remember now I think the email was sent automatically and not based on a request.

I can't really remember so well now.

Hey guys,

Is it true you actually need to press the submit button after each test? What if you ran out of time?

@ coit

At the end of each test, the final answer will have a submit button but I feel it is expected that we work within the time so as not to run out of time.

If you do run out of time it is also possible for the test to still be valid.

Hi.. pls I am to complete the short video assessment today. Could someone help with possible questions that would come up.

Hi, try to learn some PWC values as they will ask what PWC values you resonate with.

Also, you may be asked about a time you resolved an issue and how you were able to help a client with a particular challenge.

You will be given 2 chances to record yourself for each answer so don't be worried about it.

Did anyone have an issue with the sequence question on practice mode? Dragging that line to connect the different circle of numbers? I’ve struggled and struggled and don’t know how else to go about it. Pls help.

Try to do it according to how numbers are arranged.

Like if it is 1, 2, 3 go from 1, 2, 3 to a, b, c.

Just try something like that.

Use a laptop to take the test.

You can't use a phone to take the test due to the monitoring system so it is advised that we use a laptop.

You've been really helpful. Please do one need to turn on a camera for all the assessments since you said it's been monitored or it's just for the smart interview?

The camera is automatically Turned on for each assessment as that is a way to watch your movements and various actions.

You will record yourself with the camera during the Smart Interview as you answer the questions.

Hello house,

If I may ask, what was the time allotted to each section ranging from work situation test, Numerical, Verbal and Smart Interview.
Were you in anyway constrained by the time?

So, you mean the usual past questions wasn't repeated?

The work situation or behavioral assessment was not timed but the numerical was for 30 minutes or so, the verbal was for 20 minutes and the Smart Interview was less than 15 minutes.

The usual past questions was not repeated.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment - 2023 by coit: 7:23am On Apr 14, 2023
Zubbix:

Hi DeeDee

The work situation test questions was something like choose two options that best represents who you are out of three options.

So for example they might ask you something like, you work best alone (option 1), you work under pressure (option 2), you know how to resolve conflict (option 3) choose two options from these that best represents who you are.

For the Smart Interview you don't see a human being just the questions and you record yourself over a video.

Use your laptop for this test all through, mobile phone is not needed at this point.

Please kindly clarify this.

Are you saying that one could use mobile phone for the numerical, verbal and others. But at the point of taking the smart interview assessment, it's better one uses a laptop?

Thank you

All the tests should be taken with a Laptop not a mobile phone.

SHL is using a monitoring system so they advise that we should use a Laptop all through the assessment.

No mobile phone should be used when taking the test.

Dibby16:
Please who has written the PWC test

Hello Dibby16

I wrote the test yesterday.

All I can say is that with the right mindset you can actually pass it.

The test begins with a little background of PWC.

You then proceed with a Work Situation Test.

Then you do the numerical reasoning test.

From there you do the verbal reasoning test.

Lastly you do the Smart Interview.

The Smart Interview consists of answering 4 questions.

Try and learn some values of PWC as they will ask that during the online interview.

Try not to minimize your browser as this may disqualify the applicant on a second minimize.

Do not press the back button or refresh the page so it won't invalidate the test.

It can take at least 2 hours to complete the test.

Please ensure you use a Laptop when taking the test, you can't use your mobile phone as they are using a monitoring system.

Please just have the right mindset and know that whatever happens you did your very best.

God bless you.

All the best in your test and good luck.
