You don't seem to understand that the case of Buhari alleged to not have Ordinary Level certificate to qualify him for election is different from the case of perjury.

Perjury is a criminal case while case of not having requisite certificate to contest is a civil case that requires no police prior investigation.

That One Is Even Easier. He Hasnt Told Us He Doesnt Have. He Said They Are With The Military And If He Able To Prove That They Are Supposed To Be With Them, Wether The Military Finds It Or Not, He Will Be Exonerated. The Judge May End Up Ordering The Military To Provide Them With An Altimatuum.

I Know Buhari Has A Certificate But Even If He Doesnt, That Case Cant Scale Through. The Lawyers Should Have Known. Legally Speaking, The Accussers Were Supposed To Lodge A Formal Complain With The Police, The Police Carries Out Intenssive Investigation, Establish A Case With Evidences And Approach The Court. All These They Didnt Do. So, Due Process Was Not Followed & That Makes The Case Dead On Arrival.
