A misleading headline is unfair. In this pics nothing like fight was evident. This is one of many reasons why the senate is bent on passing the social media bill. Bloggers pls wise up.

A guilty person in your eyes could be regarded as a good person in the eyes of the law. It all depends on how the plaintiff/defending counsel presents the case at the court of law. The Judge could consult different sources before reading his judgement. It could be by precedents, statutes or acceptable moral values in the society. Tell him.
