Try to install a custom recovery, backup the rom then do a factory reset. Maybe that will work

I can't get to do that because they are almost impossible to come by

I have abandoned my mtk tablet for over a yearnow due to difficulty in getting a workable ROM after it SOFT BRICKED... please can I still get it to work?
