Yes I have received it, for my case I didn't even have any tracking number, DHL just brought it to me today. You can send a mail to TLS

Thank Goodness for you , I've sent mails upon mails and there's no response. I don't know what else to do

Please has your passport arrived , I'm in this predicament too , got my decision mail on 5th of May and it's showing that I've received my passport when I've not , then the tracking number is saying that DHL hasn't received the payment , I'm freaking out

TLS contact Abuja mailed me that my travel document is now been sent to me by courier and even sent tracking number, but on tracking DHL website they said shipper has not given them shipment yet

Please what does this mean? Will I still get passport tomorrow? I live 4-5 hrs away from Abuja.

Please did the document come and how long did it take , they sent me a tracking number since Friday and till now it's still saying that DHL hasn't received the passport , I'm freaking out because the tracking application is claiming they've given the document to me

Please how do we contact them, they take forever to reply mails , I got a mail that my visa was ready on Wednesday 5th of May and today is 10th if May I've still not recieved my passport and I paid for courier , I'm loosing it
