There is ongoing massive protest by the youths of Ikwerre, Okrika, Ogoni, Eleme in Port Harcourt demanding for the immediate and unconditional release of the Radio Biafra director Nnamdi Kanu. According to News at 1pm by Nigeria Info FM92.3 Port Harcourt, most protesters are local indigenous Rivers people and the station even went ahead to air on the spot interviews of them where they clearly said Biafra isn’t about Igbos, that Igbos are one of many ethnic groups in the country of Biafra. According to one of the protesters from Okirika: “Nigeria expired in 2013 and our new nation Biafra has come to be.” They also threaten to shut down every form of oil production in the state if after 7 Days Nnamdi Kanu is not released.

One of the 47 bills that was hurriedly enacted into law by
the 7th Senate of the 7th National Assembly under 10
minutes by Sen David Mark was a bill pronouncing mouth watering retirement benefits and pensions for former Senate Presidents, Deputy Senate Presidents, Speakers of the House of Representatives and Deputy Speakers.

Now that Senator David Mark has ceased to be the
President of the Senate and has become a ranking member of the Senate, will he enjoy the bogus pension the 7th Senate he presided over legislated into law for Senate President; and at the same time pocket his allowance as a
member of the 8th Senate?
Is that not multiple stream of income from the same
source?

In other to avoid ambiguity, Senator David Mark is still a
serving member of the Senate. He cannot begin to enjoy the life pension earmarked for former Senate Presidents. Pension are for retirees and Senator David Mark is not yet retired. By the way Senator Mark is already enjoying his pension as a retired Brigadier General. Will he forfeit that one whenever he begins to enjoy his pension as a former Senate President?

This is what Bukola Saraki's pension will look like after
finishing as Senate President:
=> He is currently receiving pension as ex-Governor of
Kwara State. This is for Life.
=> He is currently receiving Wardrobe Allowance and other allowance as Senate President. This is until his time expires.
=>He will also receive pension as ex-Senate President. This is also for Life.

How can one Individual be receiving MULTIPLE INCOMES From a Single Government? The Only Income that Nigeria
receives is distributed between the Federal, States and Local government.

But ONE SUPREME CITIZEN of the Federal Republic is
currently drawing Multiple Incomes from the same Federal, State and probably Local government. Is it because he has the biggest head in Nigeria?

All the Ex-Governors who are still in public service are also
receiving multiple pays. This is Obscene!
