Well, Eto'o and Osimhen are similar in terms of what you highlighted but I'll add more. Both were physical, both had pace, both aggressive, both clutch, clinical and of course both African lol. There's a level of comparison between both but Eto was/is the better player. I was comparing them by looking at what they'll add to your side which is pace, power, movement, aggression, ball striking and of course goals.


Is it wrong to say that Moratta is a similar player to someone like Fernando Morientes?

Anyways, I hope you get the whole point which is that Osi and Isak are much more proven and should offer your team more but I'll personally take Osimhen.

i didn't talk about Pace and aggression because there's a ton of top strikers who possess those qualities. Gyokeres, Isak, Julian Alvarez all have pace and agression. No Barca fan would take Osimhen over Isak, isak has the pace, aggression, clinical and much more– he has more to offer than Osimhen.
I wouldn't call players "similar" based off of race or athleticism alone, playing style is what I first look out for when I want to compare players, Eto and Osimhen are nothing alike in that regard.

As for the emboldened, Everyone has an opinion or pick when it comes to debates like this, it's not set on stone. If you ask me, I'll say Henry was better than Eto, a tough one though. And Of course Iniesta was better than modric.

The season Isak joined Newcastle, he scored 6 Laliga goals in 32 games in over 2k minutes. In total, he scored 10 goals in all competitions that season. This season he's on 20 EPL goals in 26 with over 2k mins. It shows that he struggled in tight spaces and doing well in the EPL which is a much more end to end league with spaces. It also shows that he's a player who has improved alot. He's a great player.

Although Grykores has looked good, he's yet to play in a top league. Nunez, Felix, Jackson Martinez, Gonzalo Ramos also pulled trees in the Portuguese league. But it's true, Grykores actually look different but we'll never know till he's in an elite level league.

Sesko is not better than Jean Mateta and no Barca fan will consider Mateta good enough for them. Sesko is just a more agile and younger Sorloth. His team mate, Openda is better. He's not that good.

Oshimehn was the best player in a top league when Napoli won the league. He's very similar to your legend Eto'o. He's prolific as well, strong, fast and can press. I personally rate Isak but if you keep Isak and Osimhen, I'm going for Osi. Osimhen and Isak is a good comparison but adding players like Grykores and Ssrzko ahead of him is a great disservice to the lad.

But it's all good for the EPL big boys, I think he should look for a PL move preferably to Chelsea or Arsenal. If a bum like Ferran is scoring for this Barca, then a player like Osi will completely kill it with UCL, Laliga and multiple African player of the year award just like Eto'o. Let's not forget the Nigerian fan fare he'll add to your side.

Both Isak and Osi will kill it for Barca, not so sure about others.

Sesko doesn't have the goals yet but he has everything to be a top striker, he's still very young. The fact that he's been courted by a lot of big clubs even though he doesn't have the numbers should tell you that these clubs see the potential that he possesses.

Lewandowski is a veteran, past his prime, plus he'll most likely play a minor role for us next season. I don't think it's fair to place him on this list.

Isak> Gyokeres>Sesko>Osimhen> David.
You can argue that Osimhen is deadlier Infront of goal than all on the list aside Isak, but his skillset (which is a very important quality for a Barca striker) is below par.
