How about those blocking Public road in the name of religion processsion. Every Friday some highways is known to be blocked because some people need it for their Worship. And if anyone complains, his head is gone, because he will be falsely accused of blasphemy.

Since the law is about Road safety, blocking of Road for religious purposes should be included.

I will introduce myself as soon as you pick up.
I think it should be the other way round.
If you are calling someone the onus is on you to speak.
