@cappo try and start buying. There isn't much difference in the prices of baby items during festive periods. Finished buying since September. To escape from the market stress, I just calculated hospital requirements and drop money. And other things I ordered online. So I didnt even buy anything from the local market here. Please start little by little. God will provide all that is needed to give these God's gift the best.

I'd like for us to discuss a very sensitive topic. I know most women/mothers shy away from this topic so i really would not mind if i dont get enough feedback. However i ll appreciate if i can get a few responses.

First, i want to appreciate God almighty for blessing us with d fruit of the womb. Some of us so easily ans even those of us who didnt find it easy but got there at last, thanks to God almighty.

On this same thread, mothers have birthed thier babies, some through Vaginal Birth and others through C-Section.
For me and some other soon to be new moms out there, there is this general notion that once a woman has had a baby her body no longer remains d same again. Hmmmm. Let me jus hit d nail on the head. In other words, she becomes really loose down there especially if she has jus had a VD. How true is this assertion? Is there any effective remedy?

Once i jokingly told my mum i was going to have my baby through CS and she quickly rebuked me and rejected it on my behalf'IJN'.
I really dont understand. I have a feeling that having a CS makes birthing easier and nothing tampers with ur body down there.
But i notice a lot of people are strongly against CS like its some form of taboo or sth.

That being said, i dont av any idea on how both childbirth processes work and what effect they have on the body.

As i gradually approach my delivery date, i av to be sincere, i have several fears and worries as a first time mom. Yes, i believe in God. I av prayed and still praying but i am still scared.

I wonder if i get inputs on this from experienced mothers on the thread. Especially in a way that would not lead to arguments or one person trying to act like they know more than the other.
As we all know, body structure varies thus no one can categorically state that what happened to her must av happened to someone else.

Therefore, i ll really appreciate if we jus drop our inputs and go. No need to quote anyone and term their submission as right or wrong.

From my perspective, childbirth should not make one loose down below. With adequate exercise like kegel one will get back in shape within a short period. Secondly, our body down there has been designed and an elastic within a short period it would have gone back to its normal shape. This is my fifth missionary journey spanning over 12 years and all are VD the highest weight being 4.5kg, I still feel pain during mating.
As per CS, I believe the reason many people go for elective CS is because they don't want to bear labour pains. I always prefer maintaining an open mind about CS. Whichever way, having a successful delivery with both mother and child alive and without life threatening complications is the best. ( I have an older friend that did CS some 19 years ago during childbirth and she was in coma for 45 days. When she eventually came around she started bleeding. Up till today she never regained her self. she still spot up till today. she is always on pad) May that never be our portion in Jesus name.

Good morning my lovely people, am new here and have been passing through serious health challenges, i really need ur advice. I had miscarriage on september dis yr, after that, my Dr refered me to scan which dictate some product of conception. Due to that, i had evacuation. But after d evacuation, my whole body system change, my period does flow normal, even that of last month drop for 3 days and stop. Dr said it wil normalise since last 2wks i started having serious waist, back and stomach ache. I went back to my Dr, he refered to scan and some other test. Other test dictate malaria n typhoid, why scan dictate fluid in my pelvic which doctor said its infection. So he started treatment on d 3, he even involve my husband on infection treatment. My problem now, i am taking 3 antibiotics(ciprotab, amoxicillin, metronidazole) orally, why am being given gentamycin injection, anytime i go to toilet, i stool blood, just have sex with my husband, still blood come out. Wt do i do? Cos Dr keep sayn it wil stop, while am not seeing it stopn, its as if there is a heavy load in my stomach.

Sorry ma'am. I will suggest you see another doctor. I was diagnosed with PID just like you and placed on 3 combo of antibiotics. After the treatments I missed my period. Since you are spotting and he is saying no cause for alarm, please trust your instinct and seek a second opinion. God will heal you.

Thanks sis. He said thats the first time he is seeing them. The normal routine is to call my husband before selling anything but in this case, he didnt bother to call, i guess he was thinking of making some extra gain. Since the man did not negotiate the price he quoted.

Let me share this here so that other mama's can also learn from it.
a man came to our shop this morning and took 4 laptops worth 295,000 from the shop attendant and he dropped $500 as payment which is equivalent of 175,000. No arrangement that he his going to pay the balance and the dollar is fake. E GBA MI O. The phone number he dropped is not going too.
According to him, the man requested for a receipt but he didnt write his address also the boy did not write down the serial numbers of the laptops. Na so this strange cattarh and pounding headache hit me since morning.
Let us beware of these end time buyers.

Beware of such a lady, if she can lie against you, then she can kill.
What steps have you taken about your fertility issue? physically, medically and spiritually.
Let your family know about this issue now before it gets out of hand. I dont believe that your hubby's relative does not know about it.
How are you sure the pregnancy belongs to your husband? The lady may lie to him cause she knows he is desperately in need of kids.
If you can endure it, please stay, find a solution to your fertility issue and God will wipe away your tears. If you leave now you will be blamed afterall he didnt bring the girl home. But if things get out of hands and it becomes life-threatening, please run for your life. Where there is life, there is hope.
Finally, I will say be your own prophet. Pastors cannot be trusted nowadays.

I haven't expressed in bottle 4 her b4, and I do give her food from my plate but after 2spoons she won't collect again.

She will accept with time. You just have to continue feeding her the little she can take. Since she is not used to it from onset. Just like adults too, life is one step at a time.
She will soon get used to solid.

Please mamas that have done membrane sweep before what was the outcome and why was it done?
I went for antenatal yesterday 39+3 by lmp and my gynea decided to do membrane sweep for me after he asked if I wasn't feeling anything and I said nothing apart from mild contraction.
Then he said he will check me only for him to do membrane sweep for me.

After the membrane sweep I couldn't walk upright. I started feeling severe abdominal pain, back pain and I noticed some amout of mucus plug. The contraction also increased but nothing serious.
Uptil now I'm still not feeling any better.

The gynea also said if by next appointment no show I will be induced.
Please I need advice as I don't even know how to explain it anymore

We are so grateful to God as my bouncing baby boy arrived yesterday 21/11/2017 around 2:55am via VD weighing 3.6kg. It can only be God as I was miraculously rescued from death due to cervical laceration after the delivery.
Am so grateful to everyone on this thread for all your support.
