Just look for money and go solar to have peace of mind. This I did December last year and I am grateful I took that step.

Presently using 3.5Kva inverter.

Now there is no need putting off light self, freezer is on, tv is on, fans are on. What else do I need?

I want to upgrade to 5Kva

- Fuel for car - N180,000 (36k for 5-6days)
- Auto maintenance - N30,000/mth (service/repair)
- Fuel for generator - N50,000/mth (20ltr/wk)
- Feeding - N62,000 - (N2,000/day)
- Health miscellenous - N5,000/mth
- Dstv - N4,500/mth
- Data - N7,000/mth
- Recharge card - N3,000/mth
- Dry cleaner - N4,000/mth (Starch/iron)
- Hygiene maintenance - N10,000 (body spray/perfume, roll on, soap, cream) etc..
- Gift to people - N10,000/mth
- Family House contribution - N20,000/mth
- Eko electric - N10,000/mth
- repairs and maintenance - N12,000/mth
- Clothing, footwear etc - N10,000/mth
- Outings, restaurant, sit outs and provisions - N30,000/mth

Total = N556,500...

My rent is average rent for where i stay, its a two bed flat, i use the other room for home office..

Feeding is N2,000/day.. its not anything out of the ordinary.. tried cooking and spent more with time wasting.

Fuel for car is at the new rate of N500/ltr, my car is a 70ltr car tank..

Auto maintenance is basic brake pads, shocks, service 2mths, tire guage, police pr, tire purchase if any, minor touch ups etc... nothing major.

Fuel for generator is 20ltr/day (2hrs or less daily)

I need help.... how are you people doing it, what am i doing wrong? The rat race is killing me..

Fuel for generator is 50,000
Eko electricity is 10,000
Outing is 30,000
Gift to people is 10,000
Cloth and footwear is 10,000
Reduce repair to 2000 monthly and save 10,000

Total =120,000

Now from the above, gather this money for 1year and then use the money to buy 3kva inverter and batteries with panel.

This 120,000 will become savings to you for the next 5 years.

Cut off eko electricity and outing and see your savings growing

Do the calculations and thank me later

Hmm that your wife is strong ooo maybe she has spiritual househelp. But it's good you are helping out sha, but ain't you tired of doing all those things by yourself? It will affect your input in other areas

To be honest with you, she is very strong.

As for me, it does not affect me in anyway as I resume work 8am and once I leave the house by 6:30am before 7am I am already in the office.

Funny enough, I have three kids age 6, 4, and 1.

My wife does the house work and still goto her shop, I told her I am getting house help male or female for her, madam refuse o.

Now I wake up by 5am daily to do the cleaning of the house and also bath and dress the children for school, then by 6:30am I am off to work.

How on earth will you get married without doing this type of test?

Before getting married to my wife, both of us booked appointment in one of the federal medical centres in the country and we did EVERY necessary test, result came out fine, we got married and happily living together with our kids.

SIR, LOVE IS NOT BLIND. DO ALL NECESSARY TEST NOW BEFORE IT BECOMES TOO LATE.

I’m sorry about your TV ordeal. I guess you were just unlucky. I bought my TV at Alaba too. Had a few issues but I fixed them myself as I’m technologically inclined and it’s fine up till now. I hope you can find a resolution.

3kva is okay with 4 300w panel and 2 batteries.

If you know your way well, 1million is okay.
Battery 200amh is 150,000 ×2 = 300,000
Felicity panel 75,000×4= 300,000
Inverter 3kva = 250,000
Breaker/battery rack/workmanship= 50,000

The story is getting too long. He should Refund you without delay.

I doubt any dealer on tokunbo TV will give a full refund for reasons best known to them.

Nothing on earth will make me buy a tokunbo TV because I am yet to see an appliance as delicate as TV set. Even new one do have issues not to talk of tokunbo.

The problem might not even be from the seller or the buyer.

I suggest a 50% refund and everybody move on
