The reason for this type Of treatment is simple.The landlady and her children all depend on the rent from the house in question and if they are able to frustrate the life of this lady and she moves out,they will get not only new rent but also new commision,new agreement fee and new damages fee.They want the cycle of new tenants to always continue.
