Case studies of introduction of new Tax bill and the paradigm shift of revenue Sharing formula{FAAC} to mischievous Sense) (Abdulaziz Idris Ningi) I can see clash of being fragile egos. I am to share my sincere concern as Nigeria citizen over the introduction of new Tax bill and the paradigm shift of the vertical revenue Sharing formula of FAAC to mischievous direction. Upon my review of report(s) of: Taiwo Oyedele (Chairman of presidential fiscal policy & Tax Reform committee; and the resolutions of northern critical stakeholders about the new Tax bill. According to the report of Taiwo Oyedele committee, the FG is set to take only 10% of the total FAAC allocation while states and LGs will receive a combined 90% . This represent a drastic departure from the current sharing formula which allocate 52.68% to the FG ,26.72% of the state and 20.60% to LGs respectively. Under the new proposal, Oyedele explained that, the distribution formula for state & LGs would include a clause stipulating that 60% of their share will be based on the principles of derivation. In practice, example: If N100 is available for distribution from FAAC,the FG will take N10 ,all 36 states will share N36 equally and N54 will be distributed based on derivation favoring states with high resources generation. To me, this is the dress-rehearsal of indirect mergilization of major section of this country, particularly, the north. So also, any element of mergilization of any particular part of this country is unpatriotic and at the same time a sabotage to Nigeria national interest. I am therefore, calling the engrossment of our national assembly members as our representatives who are fully duty bound to protect, defend and promote the Nigeria national interest, to protest against this new Executive bill,so that no part of this country be circumvented in benefiting proceeds accumulated from the resources of this country, using derivation principles. Conclusively, now, the bill is under the national assembly for consideration. Members of NASS should stand firmly and steadily to tell the president(T-Pain) that, this executive bill is so controversial to the major section of this country, it has to be withdrawn.

WAZIRIN ADAMAWA is the most prepared candidate. Therefore, we endorsed him to run the Nigeria next presidency. |
Confident of victory, the PDP candidate has set up a Policy and Advisory Committee to begin designing what he called “a robust framework for effective governance under an Atiku Abubakar federal administration”. In the terms of reference given to the committee, Atiku said: “Given the enormity of the problems which will be bequeathed to the incoming administration, coupled with acute scarcity of resources, submit recommendations for prioritisation of the implementation of government policies and programmes contained in the blueprint to avoid losing focus and its attendant problems of indigestion.” He asked the team to “undertake an extensive review of the organisational framework and structure of the entire Federal Government (including the presidency, ministries, departments and agencies) since the introduction of the presidential system of government in 1999 and determine if the structure as designed and built was truly reflective of the cornerstone principles of a presidential system of government in best practice environments, whether the structure over time has become too large, unwieldy, inefficient and expensive, whether in a fast-changing world, conscious and deliberate efforts have been made to adapt our system of government (which has been in operation for 23 years) to the needs and dictates of a 21st century world”. The team was also instructed by the former vice president to “undertake benchmark desk studies and tour of a few countries which represent the best models of presidential systems of government with a view to onboarding powerful lessons in how we can reorganise our various institutions of government to become highly competitive, effective and efficient”. He urged members of the committee to also undertake an exhaustive review of Nigeria’s national security institutions and infrastructure and determine whether the philosophy, objectives and cardinal principles enshrined in the founding documents of these institutions are currently being observed in letter and spirit and in practice. Atiku also wants the committee to know if members of the armed forces are sufficiently motivated, trained and equipped to deal with the multi-pronged national security challenges confronting the nation at home and abroad and whether in a nation where the population has exploded, there are sufficient number of men and women in uniform capable of dealing with the nation’s “burgeoning national security threats”. Atiku is powerfully coming.

The exuberance of experience made him intelligent. Nigeria need him most

The so called G-5 will have the real pepe into their eyes while we will be seeing watery substance flowing on their cheeks. Victory is slowly and surely getting to us in every blessed day. Thank God.
|
Me: how possible for Tinubu to support them win their states? Many are contesting for senate, second term Governor,a governorship candidate and still in the PDP and think of supporting other party. I will respect Wike if G5 remains intact if his preferred candidate is not Atiku. Ortom + Ikpeazu = Atiku Ugwuanyi+Wike+Seyi = Tinubu Sources: Ugwuanyi is likely to flip for Atiku. G5 is not having it all good in London. Ayu, Atiku and G5, are likely to meet before Sunday. 30th December 2022

vengertime:The calculation is simple just avoid tribal politics. |
Projections started by THISday newsday. Thisday Polls Atiku : NC: wins Kwara and joint winner in Plateau, Niger and Kogi. NW: win Sokoto Katsina Jigawa, joint winner in Kebbi, Zamfara. NE: win Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, Taraba. SS : Delta and Akwaibom and joint winner in Edo Only Atiku had over 25% in 25 states. Congratulations in advance to ATIKU and PDP family Nationwide.
|
Look at NW & NE, even with those crazy numbers and margins against a Buhari, PDP only lost by 2.5M & 3M votes in 2015/2019 In 2023, those 7.1M & 5.9M votes you see in the NW split & even if BAT sweeps the entire SW, the numbers simply aren’t there because BAT is nowhere in SE/SS. History will repeat itself. Atiku is coming very powerfully.

All borders are going to be a day after my swearing-in as a president of the FRN. This closure of our landborders has impacted nothing positively to our economy as well as our security outlets rather has injected abject poverty into the muscles of our youths and women. Therefore, they must be opened for our young men and women to be free from the current situation of abject poverty. No nation fed it's well alone worlwide. WAZIRIN ADAMAWA will settle this country from the abiss made by All pardoned criminals (APC) led government.
|
CharleyBright:You can't analyse politics uphead, just compare the most different and most similarities among the candidates, from there you understand my political calculation. But please, avoid making uphead politics. Be warned |
19 states in the North and Atiku will win more states than BAT. 17 States in the South and Atiku will win more states than BAT. PDP will win more states than any other party in the 2023 General Election & historically no party has won elections without winning most states. |
Receiving of NNPP decampees into PDP assisted by PDP New Generation, at the North West Youth Symposium They are highly welcomed #NWSymposium #RESETNigeria.

Let WAZIRIN ADAMAWA drive our car while Bola to drive the car for ALL PARDON CRIMINALS (APC) to see who's live(s) is at risk most. Atiku kawai!
|
It is only federalism will allow for true high sense of belonging to any level of government in this country. State and Local governments are to be happy with this new system of government. The current presidential system already paralysed, there is urgent need for replacement. The only systematic person to do so is WAZIRIN ADAMAWA. Let's vote for WAZIRIN ADAMAWA

derecho:If you say so,seems you are fresh and malo in the field of politics. PDP got much crises than this one, could you remember when Bamanga tukur and Sharif highjacked the PDP but later on,what happened withPDP. Crises in the PDP is not new and it will definitely be over. If not PDP it will have gone to history. |
Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State on Monday assured that the issues dividing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the national level would soon be overcome.
|
Olaolex:Will you be able to tell us what is backwardness? Is that economically or politically? |
orisa37:Yes, Nigeria foreign policy is a center peace of Africa, for long not even now |
Atiku manufactures or grows rice, maize, mango, wheat, yoghurt, fruit juices and animal feeds in Nigeria. What does Bola Tinubu produce in Nigeria? And other than his Republic of Biafra logo hero beer, what does Peter Obi produce or manufacture in Nigeria?
|
I am convinced with UAE(Dubai) security architecture and I may patronized same to Nigeria so that our people can be secured.

Wazirin Adamawa believed that, natural gass is becoming the best source of income in many countries including Qatar republic. Not petroleum gass but natural gass which is the main source of national income of Qatar Republic. It is my plan to diversify the economy by focusing on natural gass and other sources that will nourish our economy very effectively.

I will privatise all the unfunctional Refineries to raise more than $10 billions and uplift our youths and Women. These Refineries weren't working for more than decades while government spending huge sum on them despite the fact that, they are scrapts.
|
Creative industry is the second employer of labor after agriculture. Therefore, we are going to focus on these sources of employment so that our youths will be busy while earning living smoothly,by God grace.

Look at how he responded to all the questions without a single bula-bula tossed by the representatives of Nigeria civil socities of Nigeria at the channel television interactive session. Looking so amazing. 75 days to get access to the presidential Villa,in Sha Allah

Together we can get it done!
|
"The experience that Atiku has acquired as VP of Nigeria for 8 years - is an experience that none of them (Tinubu & Obi) can Match. As it is today, we need that experience to Recover Nigeria out of the depth that APC has taken us into."
|
In our government, youths and women are going 60% in our cabinets

Trajectory Visit of Tinubu at Chatham house, London revealed the total incapacitations Subhanallah! Even the answering of questions is not possible and you still insist to be come the president of FRN? Audience asked brilliant questions while his team responded to the questions not Tinubu in person. 1. Question one on the Nigeria security,Tinubu asked Nasiru Elrufa'i to answer the question 2. His health related issues,he asked APC women leader to respond 3. Reduction of unemployment,he asked Dele Alaki to respond 4. Nigeria defence partnership with England (Defense Pact) related issues,he asked Femi Gbajabiamila to also answer this question 5. What make you not to be answering questions in person instead of your team? People are going to vote for you not for you team,he then says'this is team work 6. Mrs Priscilla asked him for the possibility of one-on-one interview. He says he is marketable individual and accused Priscilla that she want make money with his one-on-one interview,he don't thank you. Allah yasa mutanen hadaka su hankalta.
