Nice to see the thread picking up speed gradually. All those who are making it happen are already blessed by God. Pearl1910 Nelochukwu Omoapena I commend you guys specially. Have a wonderful day to all and may pilots go out and come back home in one healthy piece. |
fineboynl:My brother the matter weak me sha But i'm still waiting to hear from him, maybe he has something to teach us that we don't know right now ![]() |
ChristCee:Yes I understand that the bolded part above ☝️ in your post is an individual opinion and everyone has a vehicle they feel they are comfortable with more than others. It's very normal. But my own query was with this very post below 👇 which you made initially Excessive oil consumption and engine misfires (V6 with VCM)I read it and I told you that apart from the VCM and uncomfortable seating settings (especially if your on the taller side) issues which can both be eliminated quite easily by 3rd party tools, why did you include all those other issues on your list of problems with the 2011 model Honda Accord? Did you experience these issues over and over again while you were using yours hence the reason you say they are inherent defects with that vehicle model year or did you pull it off the internet and post it here as fact? 🤔 |
ChristCee:I meant where did you get the information of a 2011 Honda Accord having all the factory defects you listed in that first post you made up there? Have you used an accord before? |
fineboynl:Exactly 💯 what I'm thinking. It's like he's attribution wear and tear issues to factory defects which is absolutely impossible to reconcile on an accord of the 2011 model year |
ChristCee:Apart from the VCM issues all these other one are a wear and tear depreciation/maintenance related issues. I didn't know of any recalls for such. Plus the automatic transmission issue was not one to trigger recalls except in earlier models o the accord. Where did you get all these your facts from? Edmunds? |
ChristCee:Please can you speak on one or 2 of such reliability issues you claim plague the 2011 version of the Honda Accord both either the i4 or v6 variants? 🤔 I am very interested to hear what you have to say on this topic in question thanks 👍 |
donbrowser how far hope you are doing well. Economy was REBASED AGAIN! VAT was published AGAIN! Yet you didn't come here to dance and shake your behind for us to laugh it's worrisome. I truly hope it's sense and not problems that caused your disappearance ![]() |
TheModerator:I was asked by tojahh to speak for him/on his behalf ![]() Any other useless questions from you for me to answer? 🤔 |
Jollos:Ask tojahh any questions you have concerning CNG and it's installation. He has helped many drivers here get theirs installed and functional. He will assist you with most answers you seek ![]() |
donbrowser:So this is the second time you've posted this stuff for us to see. I will bite ![]() Tell us, of what use is this information to us which you're putting here? Is it part of the good government policies that your jagaban is implementing/has implemented? Or you're just trying to measure dicks now? ![]() Do you know what Value Added Tax is and exactly how it is calculated and from what points they are consumed at and remitted to? Do you know that a company like Airtel that collects VAT in Lagos actually has paying subscribers all over the nation? Airtel is just one company with its headquarters in Lagos, there are millions more that have their VAT remitted from the other 35 states all to Lagos centrally due to their headquarters being situated there? You're showing us how citizens pay VAT (TAX) as a yardstick for good governance from tinubu? Really? and you say understand what governance is all about? |
donbrowser:no, it's her "tinubu till she die" attitude. The tribalism is not even what I was referring to even if she's carrying a baggage of such traits. |
HelenaWills:Are you sure you bought that your 9ja used "dead" civic as a gift for your mom? Or is it to give to an innocent poor soul to use on ehailing in Lagos?! ![]() Because, from the way you visit this thread recently I can wager you have a partner here, maybe donB himself (we all know he's been searching for a vehicle for some time now ) which is fine 👏 Any help you can render to the needy here or anywhere else is always appreciated 👍 |
donbrowser:I meant, like how you have a 🌽 cub in your back pocket is the same way she has a HUGE GIANT 🌽 stalk stuck far up the nether region between her thighs ![]() Haba! lol 😆 now my curiosity has been satisfied ![]() |
Who remembers this lady that came here to attack me while I was seriously dragging donB that year ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/8446418/there-election-today-vote-apc#135677691 Una dey see the reason for her display that day? I just stumbled upon this thread and it was very revealing she and donB na from the the same 'school of thought' lol 😆 No wonder ![]()
|
Kaymaxi2222:Yes, you'd change the brain box and the engine mounts |
jceesquare:That sad |
HelenaWills:Interesting 🤔 |
Come MacMillan & jceesquare bring car talk discuss here so others can learn ![]() No ogboni or wili-wili meetings on Whatsapp will be tolerated |
donbrowser:I have just been laughing all morning you're one very funny dude. Of all the things you want to use and raise shoulder in Nigeria its TAXation well make I wait till your jagaban drop another Hiroshima before we discuss again 🤗 |
donbrowser:Assuming you had never signed documents or filled application forms with djdamian in the near past we for give you space for plausible deniability but it's like the man knows what he's talking about 🤣 |
donbrowser:And pray tell, why must you assume? 🤔 Is he RIGHT or WRONG ? ![]() |
Djdamian:You've done well sir. We appreciate you for setting the niqqa straight 👏 |
donbrowser:But during you and pearls bant nobody ever brought up anything concerning Oyo State so how come you switched the narrative to focus on Lagos with your yesterday's VAT bala-bluu 🤔 |
Djdamian:lolz. so this thing that all these people say in here is actually true? all these people who support APC are mostly not from Lagos but claim Lagos as their own state of origin ![]() Kai! donB can you see your life now? so you're not even a lagosian to begin with? |
donbrowser:okay donB no problem, at all - at all, you don try for this your explanation for bringing up this VAT of a thing but, just to be clear and to get you straight . . . so you're saying that I should instead focus all my attention on my village governor, and leave YOU and YOUR jagaban alone for the next 6 years right? it's still Jagaban till 2031 correct? I say let me make my question clearer just to remove any confusion this time ![]() |
Jaysharp:Follow your mechanic to where they sell the crankshaft for your specific engine. Request to see the available ones. Look very closely at its condition to make sure it isn't already 'half - dead' by doing the following: Carry it in your hands and observe it's entire surface.if you see any lines/marks, use the very 'tip' of your finger (with fingernails) to gently feel across the surfaces of the lines you see. If any line/scratch seems to provide a sort of resistance against your fingertip as you scratch across the surface (focus on the areas that actuate the rods) then it's not a good specimen, select another one and do the same checks as above. After you've seen a good and relatively smooth crankshaft then ask the seller to make sure he only sells it along with its accompanying bolts and braces/guides from the donor engine. He should be able to prove/show you the labeled Bolts and Guides and the exact screw holes they were each removed from on the crankshaft to be purchased. MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING IT WITH ITS EXACT BOLTS THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY IN THE DONOR ENGINE BECAUSE YOUR MECHANIC MUST TRANSPLANT IT INTO YOUR OWN ENGINE IN THE SAME SEQUENCE AND EXACT BOLT/GUIDE LOCATIONS FOR THE JOB TO BE PROPERLY DONE the bolded above is the number 1 thing to be adamant about while purchasing the replacement crankshaft, making sure it's surfaces are smooth (while feeling with the tip of your fingernails) is secondary Good luck |
donbrowser:Simple question I asked you just look at your answer laced with inherent tribalism ![]() How does VAT generation and sharing add to the achievements of your jagaban after over 2 years of his stewardship of Nigeria's economic affairs? . . . shikena! ![]() If you have no relevant answers you could just remain quiet, nobody will beat you ![]() |
Jaysharp:Okay good. Just as I thought. Good news is that you won't need to buy a replacement engine then ONLY if you dot your 'I's' and cross your 'T's' during the selection of your replacement crankshaft ![]() Good luck 🤞 |

it's worrisome. I truly hope it's sense and not problems that caused your disappearance

I just stumbled upon this thread and it was very revealing
