The light blink again after topping the oil, even till i started hearing the sound the oil sign didnt blink on the dashboard.

My mistake was that i didnt check cos i rushed out and i assume i just top up. I didnt even take note.

If it's caused by the engine oil being fake as your mech said then I pray it isn't your crankshaft that has chop (metal) . Valve train noise should be easy for any mech to diagnose.

Please stay away from hardex if you're using Honda k24 engines, their chemistry (even the original ones) don't play nice

If you actively use your vehicle on ehailing please always endeavor to open up your bonnet and check your fluid gauges as often as you can. mostly on the mornings when the engine has been cold.

There's no way fluid issues will creep up and overcome you if you do this simple thing for highest 1 minute every morning before starting your engine.

As at when this particular vehicle was manufactured, it's AWD drivetrain system was better than all the Toyota RAV4 & Highlander then Honda CRV & Pilots on the road at the time (till 2007)

If it's drivetrain is still intact then it's a nich off-road vehicle for the right buyer
