ronaldo was already 23 in 2008! he had won it before. he shouldn't even have been nominated at 23 in a young player award category.

bale was 21 in 2010, he had never won the award before then and yet jack wilshere was considered better than bale. that just sums up the award as the fakest on the planet.

PFA award is a popularity contest.
only premier league players get to choose the team of the season(which nani made).

all the players from the 92 clubs in the professional league in england/wales get to vote for PFA player of the year so it's not hard to see how bale stole the award. majority of the players that voted for him didn't necessarily play against him.

all the welsh players in england would have cast their votes for him. it's a popularity contest & that's also the reason giggs won it in 2009 when vidic was the reason we kept a long run of clean sheet.

PFA award is strictly for premier league games only - it's got nothing to do with european games otherwise drogba should have won PFA award in 2012.

it was nani's team that won the league that year. the joke of that award was that nani made PFA team of the season but he wasn't even nominated as a PFA player. bale won the PFA player award but couldn't win the PFA young player award.

that's all you need to know about these farcical awards. the most undeserving awards this century are.....

ryan giggs - 2009(PFA)
leo messi - 2010(ballon d'or)

at least, harry kane has the numbers to show for it. how bale won PFA that year is a farce. he didn't have the numbers to show for it nor did he show up in the big games that season. he had only one assist as a full-back. compare that to what ivanovic, zabaleta, baines, rafael, evra, etc usually generate.

so what makes you think your 16mbps has the same external factors as that of the dude in nigeria with 16mbps. do you know the situation of his house? how far his house is to the nearest hub, how many people are on his bandwidth, how big is the bandwidth, etc?

if it's taking him more than a minute to find a game then his latency is high or his bandwidth is small or both. i already suggested he should change to a wired connection and see if it improves. wired connection normally doubles wifi in speed anyways.

You only need around 2-6mbs to play games online

it depends on the kinda games.
if you are talking mario or lego the hobbit, then yes. but if you are talking FIFA, you need far more than that otherwise lagging would be constant!

when your wifi is searching, how many other connections do you see in your area? in a terrain like nigeria, wired connection is your best bet, trust me. wired connection is more reliable!

wifi @2.4GHz is a pain in the neck & it's susceptible to interference like cordless phones, microwave oven, etc. the distance of your PC & your router is also a factor. the longer it is, the more pain you would get.

it is what happens before latency that matters. while you are waiting to be connected, gamers with higher speeds are jumping the queue and getting matches before you. i am sure "smile" offers a faster package than what you are currently using. call them up & ask for a higher speed. it would cost extra bucks but then - it's for your own enjoyment.
