Give Delta and Rivers to Tinubu and you will see transformatioh in those states.

How did you come up with the South East and South South combo?

Historically, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers, Bayelsa and Revers have never been yoked with the South East except when the colonial masters merged these 4 states with Igbo land to form the Eastern region. This was a reckless, man-made marriage without considering the similarity and differences of the ethnic groups that made up the marriage.

The case of Edo and Delta is amazing, politically Edo and Delta have never been merged with the South East. These two states were merged with Yoruba land to form the Western Region, the same blonder the colonial masters made with the Eastern region.

So let's have a total self-determination equally for all the people. So in my opinion, a better division would be 1. Arewa 2. Middle Belt 3. Odua 4. Biafra 5. Niger Delta. And all people of a particular ethnic group must be in same country. So all Igbos must go with Biafra while all Yorubas must go with Odua irrespective of their present region.That is a more justified division that will not be seen as somebody trying to grab somebody's land.
