I am a young guy that is desperate for university admission this year.
I have spent years at home. The reason is not far fetched. It's because I have always opted for competitive courses.
Last year, I received a very big shock when a lady that her jamb and post jamb scores were lower than mine gained admission, but I didn't gain (we applied for same course nd we 're from the same catchment area)
So this year, I decided to go for a course that is less competitive. I chose NUTRITION AND DIETITICS.
Now that brings about my questions.
1) As a man, is the course good for me?
2) Will I be considered in coys where micro biologists and food technologists are needed?
3) If I'm employed, will the course bring about good cash?
4) Can I do my masters in microbiology? ( because I will like to lecture, but not all schools offer the course. So to avoid limitation)
I NEED YOU ADVICES.

Yes to all your questions...

Msc Food Technology/Nutrition seems to be narrowed down... So in some cases, people with Bsc Microbiology goes for Msc in Nutrition/Dietitics, and not the other way round. Well, I dont know much about science, but I believe people who got ideas here will help.

if Am not mistaking this is picture recycled this same pictures has been making rounds since last election, especially the last pic. it was circulated round last general election as being under age children voting how come four years down the line same pictures are used to represent under age children collecting PVC

And u forgot that Pvc was issued to the people that voted on the last election.

Bro, my advise is that you use ur OND and go for direct entry in a UNIVERSITY. ( I KNW IT WILL BE LOWER OR UPPER CREDIT)

Go to a state university where competition is not high.
And don't follow the path of accountancy. You can go for Buz admin, pub admin, marketing, economics, insurance etc.

Why I said you shouldn't go 4 accountancy is because of the Ican exam. That Ican exam can be a hard hurdle.

And pls swallow ur pride nd do wat I stated above. Or u can even go for another hnd in pub admin (the course will be less demanding)
Don't go for the pgd or watever.

And pls ignore my typing errors.

Hi nairalanders, I went to my school yesterday and collected my waec certificate.
But to my suprise, my month of birth was not what I saw there.
I was born on the 02/12/....
But what I saw there was 02/02/.....
.
.
I'm very uncomfortable with it and I have reported to my school. My principal said he will go to waec office and report the matter. But I'm very disturbed. And I don't want to go for age declaration or affidavit
My questions now are
1. Will waec make correction on the certificate or what?
2. How long will it take, if at all it can be rectified?
3. Have you seen anybody that his/her own was corrected?
