The constitution never barred him from contesting in 2015. Whoever assumed that he was not going to contest was only deceiving themselves.

Even if he verbally agreed not to so run, such agreement would become null and void because no court would enforce an illegal contract/agreement. In other words, the agreement was not going to be legally binding since it breached Jonathan's constitutional right.

am not debating his eligibility in running 2015 ... am telling you whats likely to happen come 2019n wait till 2017 and you start hearing consitution ammendment .you mean if you tell me something with your mouth , then I should never take you seriously if you support him acting against his words .
