Hello People, please i need to know why quack property managers thrive in this country? They are a dangerous set of people, but then can we blame them for operating? who is at fault Government or their patronizers?

The Omo Onile syndrome is a pathetic one. It reflects a certain degree of lawlessness in our societies. we have them virtually every where, but the Government can still do something about it. A second look and adjustment in our Land use decree will be a first step. Arresting perpetrators is a second step. And after an adequate law is established a serious enlightenment should follow because without the law setting boundaries the "omo Onile's" will to an extent find justification for what they do.
