The issue isn not poor signal, The Wifi networks in your area have probably been locked down to prevent unauthorised access. So unless ur good at hacking etc you have to keep hoping that one day, a free wifi access point will pop upin your area

Network/System administrator with hands on experience on windows server 2003, exchange server, MIcrosoft ISA etc.  The ideal candidate should be smart, articulate and able to work with minimum supervision. He/she will be in sole control of a 15-20 node network somewhere in victoria Island.  A university degree is not required, but will be an advantage.
