An Asset Management Company in Lagos Island seeks to employ the services of an experienced "Asset Management Executive" for immediate employment. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Effectively manage client assets according to their investment preferences * Assess client’s current asset status, their future needs, and investment goals * Administer risk analysis surveys to determine their risk profile * Work to develop a master asset management plan specifically attuned to each client * Create, organize, and maintain client portfolio * Strategically advise clients on what actions to take with their portfolio * Assess and manage risks associated with current assets * Work to maximize returns and minimize losses on assets and investments * Extensively research relevant markets (equity research) to determine investment options * Work collaboratively with and report to asset management team and senior executives * Monitor and manage assets from acquisition to disposition * Foster and maintain positive client relationships QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field * MBA preferred * 3+ years successful asset management experience * Strong financial background with knowledge of Asset Management * Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite * Excellent project management skills * Analytically and strategically minded * Skilled negotiator * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Adept communicator both orally and written * Results driven Qualified candidates preferability with prior experience in Asset Management should send their updated CV to "newrealmconsultants@gmail.com" using "Asset Management Executive" as subject. HarunaWest:I understand your concern my Brother, while am the poster of the advert, I can tell you its not GNLD. For those who attended earlier, passing the aptitude test is key, if you don't meet cut-off mark, they will not call you back. The advert came up again because the company have acquired more properties in Abuja to manage hence the increase in required staff. Some have been selected to resume already and more needed. Above all those who have ever gone there can testify that its not GNLD nor were they asked to pay any money. Goodluck everyone. |

Hello Nairalanders, I am still having issue imputing my OTP on the platform, each time I put the OTP, I still get an error message. I have tried UC BROWSER, CHROME (phone and desktop), FIREFOX (desktop) etc. I have also used TECNO, FERO phones, I have tried MTN and AIRTEL data. Still I get the error OTP validation. Who can advice on the way forward please. Thank you |
