Exactly....Anyone who is bold enough to risk their life and make a change, they all immediately hate the person. But they themselves never stand up to do anything.
Nigeria is in the decaying state it finds itself because gullible people like that guy are in the majority.

What is the fuss about the Ugwuanyi going for a second term?

Ojukwu’s Downfall was his arrogance.
What is your point?

So far, you have blamed everyone except yourself...

Topics such as this one helped Buhari get elected. Nigerians need to stop thinking about natural resources and start thinking about increasing productivity.

The average Kano man is a farmer. Farming in Kano is a societal hobby. The issue is that most of this farm produce are not processed into higher yielding goods due to policy failures by the government.

How can any reasonable person call a hard worker a parasite because there is no oil on his land.

This topic is highly foolish. I believe only a southerner can defeat Buhari. Topics such these will only turn the north central and South west against the south east and South south.
We are not talking about individuals here...Don't we have farmers in every region. Don't the farmers sell their produce and make a profit as they wish. We are talking about government resources and how they are shared.

Can you explain why Zamfara receives more from VAT on beer than Enugu, for instance?

That's called PARASITISM!!!

Firstly let us establish the facts.

Is the North indeed parasitic?

What are the facts?
... there will be no grudge if the wealth come from the north.

Do you begrudge the Saudis, Kuwatis and Arabs countries that have oil?

If you want to lump all as one...then there is no basis for this thread.

The most annoying and selfish of all is the sharia states in the north..destroying and banning beer and yet collect the biggest cash from VAT and other taxes on beer...more than the south...SW and Eastern Nigeria have the biggest breweries in the land...

If Fulani herdsmen were some other tribes killing northerners/fulanis in their homes all over the country...there would have been pictures of ...even innocent people arrested with huge display of fake weapons collected by the security agents. Most of the images would include those humuliated in capture...like those submerged in dirty water...and those chained to their legs with no shirts...Hardly would the Fulanis be treated in this manner.

How many of these terrorists have been summarily killed like those kidnappers who are summarily killed in River state...?

Instead we have heard of police personnel killed by these Fulani terrorists and nobody has been arrested or taken to court.

Honestly, this is not how a country should be governed?
Politics › Soyinka Calls Killer Herdsmen ‘bloodthirsty Terrorists’, What Buhari Should Do. by Cooly100(op):
Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, on Thursday spoke on what is expected of President Muhammadu Buhari over unjust killings by herdsmen the country.

Soyinka said he does not expect Buhari to be shedding “unjust tears” but wants him to go against the “bloodthirsty terrorists”.

Speaking in Lagos, he said, “I get impatient when I hear things like Buhari has failed to go and sympathise with the people of Benue, with the people of Nassarawa, with the people of Dapchi or wherever.

“Who needs sympathy? Is it sympathy that will reorder their broken lives? Is sympathy the issue? We are speaking here of one commodity that is fundamentally human deserving, justice.

“There should an internal measure to avoid repeat. We are speaking here of a president that will respond with massive action and not showing up at the arena of human desecration to shed any unjust tears, but give orders that the bloodthirsty terrorists are brought to book.”

I can now see something is wrong with you sir. If you speak to your brain if truly you are educated and mature like you proclaim you will see and understand that Nigeria is not the only country practising law, why is Hijab allowed in other country Law school even with less Muslim population. But the hatred you have on Islam will not allow you to say the truth. Are they not Nigerian? Is it not thier right to wear what they like or do any profession they like with their way of religion. I am so disappointed in you and some others who because of Islam hatred can not say the truth.
Why in this world would you guys like to claim superior to others?

A Saudi person will like to visit London or Germany all wrapped up...They will also like the person from London or Germany visiting them in Saudi to be wrapped up like them...

Can you see the point? Why not also allow others to have the same attitude as you.

Do you see any tolerance with you guys?

Politics › Violent Death : 1,351 Killed In 10 Weeks In Nigeria by Cooly100(op): 11:06am On Mar 11, 2018
• 676 in Jan, 526 in Feb, 146 in March
• North-East tops list with 591, South-East least with 30

For many Nigerian families, 2018 has become a nigtmare on account of deaths resulting from auto accidents and violent crimes. Just about 10 weeks into the new year, the country has lost 1,351 to violent deaths, according to Sunday Vanguard checks. Last month, no fewer than 517 people died violently, across the country. In January, about 676 Nigerians were cut down through herdsmen and farmers clashes, sectarian crises, communal clashes, Boko Haram insurgency, cult clashes, kidnapping, and ritual killings, among others. The deaths are 176 more than the 500 recorded in January 2017.

The 1,351 deaths recorded since the beginning of 2018 exclude those who died from illness, childbirth, Lassa fever, etc.

The North-East remains the killing field with 591 deaths.
It is followed by North-Central, 270;
North-West, 193;
South-West, 136; and
South-South, 131.
At the bottom of the list is South-East, 30.

Borno State, the hotbed of the Book Haram insurgency, recorded the highest number of deaths with a figure of 361. Borno is followed by Benue, 163; and Borno’s north-eastern neighbours, Taraba (107) and Adamawa, which witnessed 103 violent deaths; Kaduna, 71; Rivers, 66; Plateau, 54; Zamfara, 45; Lagos, 45. States that also recorded huge deaths include Ondo, 39; Ogun, 35; Jigawa, 30; Kano, 27; Nasarawa, 22; Delta, 19; Anambra, 18; Kebbi, 18; Akwa Ibom, 16; Kogi, 14, and Cross River, 14. The rest are Oyo, 12; Bauchi, 11; Yobe, 9; Edo, 9; Bayelsa, 7; Kwara, 6; FCT Abuja, 6; Niger, 5; Enugu, 4; Imo, 4; Ebonyi, 3; Katsina, 2; Ekiti, 2; Abia, 1; and Osun, 1.

There were no reported violent deaths in Gombe and Sokoto. Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari says all hands are on deck to tame the monster of violence in the country.

Buhari spoke in Taraba State, last week, when he visited to commiserate with the people of the state after violent attacks killed many resident there. He later visited Plateau State. The President continues his visit to victims of violent crimes across the country tomorrow when he heads to Benue State. By the same token, the Federal Government is intensifying efforts to ensure that it rescues, alive, all the 110 abducted students of Government Girls Technical College, Dapchi.
