The idea is analyse ur trade well and adjust ur stop loss before you let go of the market.
If u noticed the last to candles, it went as low as hitting the SL. But always let give SL space to breathe and when u r high enough, readjust your SL.

I don't understand how you got 2:1.

But... You still have to look carefully at the structure of Gold before concluding.

The reason is that it's not 100%.

Gold can sell as USDIndex is selling but it will correct over time. It doesn't happen every time.

I use H4 only. H4 has proven to be the most suitable TF for my strategy.
My choice of lot is a bit complex

One of the things I learned from demo trading was not to try to recover losses very fast.

That's, take a break after a losing trade. Relax and know why you lost the trade.

That way, you'll save the pips you could have lost back as a revenge trade.

And most times, after taking a break, I come back to make even more.

Whenever I trade immediately after losing because I want to quickly recover my losses, I experienced more losses.

I lost 40 pips today. I am not even moved.

I know I need just one good trade to recover.

And since I don't doubt my strategy and I have made good pips with it in the past, I believe I'll make even more.

The day you see me trade gold and become very profitable, I go believe say I don dey sabi small small.

In my future trades, whenever I see the two previous daily candles close like that of EU, I'll avoid taking trade till there's a clear direction.

I do not know how to trade and keep profits boss...like say for instance boss...i trade in a month and i make 11-13% because i do not use all those big lots size... Sometimes i just scalp... sometimes i i allow some trades to run... But all in one month 11% +..the following month i can lose that profit that i hustle to gather doing the same strategy in just the first trade & it is so frustrating....

Just my 2cent.

How do I keep most of my floating Profit? I hate losing back pips to the market.

With that, you'll be able to find solutions to the questions.

Them you are doing well. Maybe you become too excited and want to make even more and go overboard with it.

Exactly. Like I said before, my entry was wrong.

It should have been a few pips lower. I opened it immediately after the daily candle close which was a big error.

My entry and structure determine my stop loss.

The moment my entry is wrong, I'll have to increase sl. And that will put pressure on my psychology and account.

I can easily recover my losses if I don't go beyond my threshold.

I'm interested in the daily candle close of EU and GU.

Hopefully, the news at 7 pm will break us out of this tight movement.
