It sinusitis/Sinus infection. A Google search would help you understand the infection. It been over three plus weeks now I've been battling this infection.

The first time it started over three weeks ago my mom rushed me to a healthcare centre and that where I was told I've frontal sinusitis. My head seems as it it wants to explode... The pain is out of this world, it feels as if something is breathing in my forehead that is causing extreme pain. I was given antibiotic injection for three days and some drugs..... The drugs just relief me of the pain for some hours then it starts again.

So as the doctor told me and with my research, this infection is chronic (long term) and it been taking a big part of my life. I'm just 20 and I don't know my this is happening to me ... I've been living on pain relief/anti-inflammatory drugs for the past three weeks now .. I'm confused I don't know what to do.

It 2Am now and I can't even sleep😢😢😢😢the pain

If you want to swing, your stop loss must breathe and you must accept the outcome of the market.

It means you must be ready to accept losses that a day trader won't accept.

Why did I step away from Forex trading since 2021?

I needed to have other sources of income. I realized I couldn't trade forex successfully from a position of being broke.

Also, I needed time to stay away from the noise and psychological effects of not making significant progress.

Today it will look like I understand the market. The next day everything will scatter.

As I make my come back, I know that what I need is the discipline to stick to my trading rules. There are thousands of strategies that are working in the market.

Find the one that one that works for you and stick to it.

1. Analyse only on Laptop no matter what.

2. Allow your stop loss to breathe.

3. If your heart is tied to the money, it will be hard to be successful. You don't want to lose to the market, so you overanalyze. Profits and losses are part of the game. No matter how good you are, you'll lose.

But let your profit be more than your losses.

As I countdown to my comeback, I want to make a shoutout to Samfelly, Charly20, Boss Infofirst and GabsonFX2.

If NFP comes bearish today and closes below yesterday, I see it pushing gold out of its ranging zone, then I can short tonight before the market closes for the week or as soon as the market opens on Monday --- for sure. If NFP makes today's gold bullish, it becomes other days or a week of waiting. Above all, I'm never going to long gold anytime soon, be it Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday - never. I will not also short it until NFP gives it its momentum today, else, I keep waiting till next week.

TIP: Search for fundednext on Instagram, and find the 6th video titled "How to win in forex" - an Indian guy interviewed....you will appreciate why I wait this long sometimes before triggering a trade.

It's okay to quit. Yes, it is.

I stopped anything forex in 2022 after I had mixed feelings in 2021.

One moment it seems I had figured out the market, the next moment I dey collect wotowoto. So I took a break.

But I didn't stop studying the market to know what really moves the market.

What I was doing wrong and what I did right in some instances.

I'm back to the market in 2023 to continue from where I left it in 2021.

I no dey give up.

I'm overall bearish on dxy for this month.

The market may consolidate on the lower time frame till January ending on /USD major pairs.

I am bullish on the EUR for the first half of the year and bearish on the USD.

I don't expect it to be a smooth ride on the bullish side.

This year no analysis paralysis. If the charts are not clear, we watch the market. Not trading is also part of trading.

My focus is on EU, AU, NU, and GU.
