Since you know the price is ridiculous and OP is saying the only problem with the car is coming from the engine, go inspect the car and replace the whole of the engine which cost 200k at max.

laivwire: I'm sure Op has found out what thw funny sound is but is not willing to sink that amount into a money thirsty ride. Buyers will buy at their own risk.

I pity the folk who would buy this car cheaply and inherit its funny sounding engine (op, no pun intended though).

I have been using this car for years and I believe there's nothing as expensive as the gear which is still in perfect condition. If I were u, I'll probably keep shut if I'm so ignorant about fixing a Murano.

The 6.2 liter displacement was caused by a reduction in stroke from the 392; the stroke was reduced to increase the strength of the camshaft, according to SRT powertrain chief Chris Cowland. It will not, despite early rumors, have MDS / cylinder shutoff.
