If you present a sworn affidavit and I see from your CV that you will promote my company, I will take the stress to contact ur previous employer to confirm if they actually employed you with or without presentation of your certificate or simply contact the exam body if your previous employer later denies having your certificate after confirming he has the photocopies. That is another thing. Sitting for exam doesn't mean you passed and earned your certificate.

For instance you can't be a lawyer without passing 'Bar Exam', because you don't have a certificate and license. It is illegal to practice Law or be an attorney without passing the exam.

Just sitting for the 'Bar Exam' doesn't prove you have the intelligence to PASS it and gain your license and certificate.
