My Oga, I tire o o...the annoying thing was that all the good Cotonou/Togo plasterers I saw their works gave similar quotations. I began wondering if they had an association or universal rate. I was told the so called gauging price is different from just plastering price. The cheapest quotation I saw back then was 2.1 million.
