mank1234: We are being pinned down this half. FiveFootNinja: It's a miracle we haven't conceded again already. I can feel it coming. Are you guys surprised?
Portugal brought in Nuno Mendez, Jao Felix, Bernardo Silva, e.t.c, while we maintain the same lineup and you expect the game to remain the same? |

Subzero047: I'm not watching the game but can someone tell me how F. Dele Bashiru is playing, he's someone I've not gotten the hype for in the SE Dele-Bashiru provided the assist for our GOAL. He's had a decent first half. |

forgiveness: Are you sure you are watching the match? Bassey and Ajayi are moving the ball from defence to attack. How can you drive ball forward and not be confident with the ball? I'm surprised at the complaints, too. Ajayi was fouled at least, twice while moving the ball forward into their half. The CBs have been superb so far, with little errors.
On the flip side, I'm not comfortable with our high line, Portugal explored several counters to decimate our defense. |

An outstanding first half for our boys, despite missing our top players.
Portugal discovered our RB was the weak link and continuously explored that flank. However, he improved as the game progressed. Meanwhile, Moses needs to be more decisive.
I love the fact that our boys squared up to the Portuguese physically and tactically with some sweet, rewarding moments.
Martinez was right when he said Nigeria was a good test. I don't see the SE losing this game if we maintain the tempo, determination, and infuse fresh legs like Chukwueze, Onyeka, and others.
Lastly, we need to take our chances and hit the target when we have the opportunity.
Routing for the boys. 🇳🇬

TheSuperNerd: Bewene slipped thus allowing that Polish Cross and Bruno was no where to be found on the left leaving 2 players unmarked. That was terrible defending but we escaped. Exactly. Looks like Poland is giving us the ball and waiting to hit us on counters. A very fast-paced game it is. |

Our defense was just caught sleeping, that should have been a easy goal for Poland. |
